The Ansaar Project's Halal Food Bank in Sydney is now distributing 30+ food packs per month, and have collecting approximately 5,000 food items since last Ramadhan. We are now supplying one organisation that looks after 30-40 local Muslims every day, assisting them in getting back on their feet.
The Halal Food Bank will be packing food packs from 2pm on Sunday 6th May at Seekers Hub of Al-Ghazzali Centre. We are in need of urgent supplies of pasta, rice, beans, legumes, canned vegetables, canned fruit, breakfast cereal and oil. Please deliver your donations to one of the following addresses:
•SeekersHub of Al-Ghazzali Centre- Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and; all functions 1021A Canterbury Rd (cnr Willeroo St) Lakemba.

Yes the state of the world today is something to be concerned about I agree. Society has lost its way. People have different sets of rules to live their life by – some people seem to have no rules governing their lives at all….. or they are ruled by their desires…desire to play xbox live or text friends on the mobile, or go on facebook. Their is less of a sense of self-discipline and people are searching for someone to admire and are not sure who to admire as human’s all have frailties. (not sure how to spell frailty or whatever but I hope u get my drift) To err is human – to forgive is divine.
