Why Would a Pope Seek Immunity After Resigning!

Why Would a Pope Seek Immunity After Resigning!

By Hwaa Irfan

One would expect Pope Benedict XVI (Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Iosephus Ratzinger to relax in peace after a long active life even in the midst of controversies. Unfortunately some of those controversies seem to be following him into his 80th year, as indicated by a scheduled meeting with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on February 23, 2013. Not leaving it to God to forgive him for his sins, according to International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, ITCC, Pope Benedict XVI is approaching Napolitano for protection and immunity from prosecution. It is not often such exposés face the light of day following ‘information’ that an unnamed European government intends to seek Pope Benedict’s arrest, which might have had some bearing on his resigning from the pontificate.

The ITCC responded at the thought of the Pope escaping arrest with the following extract from their letter:

“I need not remind you, Mr. President that under international law and treaties that have been ratified by Italy, you and your government are forbidden from granting such protection to those like Joseph Ratzinger who have aided and abetted criminal actions, such as ordering Bishops and Cardinals in America and elsewhere to protect known child rapists among their clergy.

“Your obligation to the Vatican through the Lateran Treaty does not negate or nullify the requirements of these higher moral and international laws; nor does it require that you give any protection or immunity to a single individual like Joseph Ratzinger, especially after he has left his papal office.”

The letter was written by Secretary of the ITCC, who has been banned from entering the UK for many years now in his endeavours to see that justice be done.

If Pope Benedict really fears his arrest, he might consider residing in the most protected state in the world, Israel where the authorities have made an historical agreement after 10 years of negotiations with the Vatican, giving the Pope an official seat in the room 10 days before his resignation, where the Last Supper is believed to have taken place, on Mount Zion in Jerusalem, and where David and Solomon, Jewish kings of Judea, are considered by some researchers, to also be buried – a very significant move in the ritualistic beliefs and practices of the global elite!

The Custody of the Holy Land, the Franciscan order who, with Vatican approval, is in charge of the holy sites, campaigns with the Arabs against Israel. The Vatican is also asking Israel to hand over control of 19 sites in Judea and Samaria, 28 in Jerusalem, Mount of Olives, and Har Hazeitim.

The Cenacle

Some Christians, view this move as a step towards fulfilling prophecy. According to  Rabbi Mordechai Goldstein, founder of Yeshiva Toras Yisrael:

“…according to their bible, the Land is to return to the Christians, and 144,000 Jews are to return to Mt. Zion. Their plan is for them to take control of the site, and then to announce that they are holding a mass re-enactment of the Last Supper, with [all types of religious rituals], and to invite millions of Christians to come to Jerusalem and celebrate.”

The Franciscans were appointed by the Pope from the 14th century as custodians of the places deemed holy to Christians and established themselves on Mount Zion.

On Mount Olives, near the Church of the Ascension is an ancient burial chamber that can only be reached by a steep flight of stairs. That chamber holds a sarcophagus. Christians identify the sarcophagus as the tomb of Saint Pelagia a former mistress of Antioch who repented, gave away her wealth and lived in solitude on Mount Olives. Yet a Muslim tradition documents the person as a Muslim saint, Rabi’a a- ‘Adawiyya. A Jewish tradition/myth arise in the 14th century advances that the person is prophetess Huldah. Bear in mind that the traditions of Adam and Eve, prophet Moses, and the Great Flood go back to ancient Mesopotamia where Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, and Iran is today!

Is an alarm bell ringing yet?

Pope Benedict XVI and the Black Pope

  • In 1534, Ignatius Loyola founded the Jesuits (Societas de Jesus) to help the Pope rule again as sovereign leader.
  • Loyola received papal authorization in 1540 under Pope Paul III.
The Council of Trent was then convened by Pope Paul III three separate times from 1545 – 1563.
  • Pope Clement XIV signed a decree in 1773 and banished the Jesuits, taking and/or destroying all their assets in every nation. Every country adopted it except for Russia, where Orthodox Christianity opposed the Vatican’s jurisdiction.
  • After 41 years of banishment, Pope Pius VII restored the Jesuits in 1814 after the end of the Napoleonic Wars.

For those familiar with the British Royal Family belief that they are descendents of Judea, and will do their utmost to protect Judea, a parallel will be drawn with the Pope Benedict XVI’s pledge at the beginning of his papacy to unify the Catholic Church, and make all other churches submit to the Catholic Church under the traditional rituals of the Catholic Church. The undying commitment to regaining the Vatican’s global dominion has remained with Jerusalem at the centre.  This commitment is shared by the head of the Jesuits, the Black Pope. To do that in Vatican terms means ruing from the Papal Throne, and to some, that means the Papal Throne must be in Jerusalem facing southwards inside the Dome of the Rock, i.e. towards Mecca. Why?

When the French soldiers under General Bonaparte took possession of Rome in 1795, on the back of the Papal Throne/the chair of Peter, they found inscribed in Arabic from the Qur’an,

“There is no God but God, and Mahomet is His Prophet”.

The Papal Throne was last seen in 1978 with Pope Luciani. Pope John Paul chose not to use it. The Pope who sits on the Papal Throne is believed in Catholicism to be infallible.

In a word of myths, prophecies, and conspiracy theories, lies hidden the truth, the intentions, and the misguided, because for that truth to become manifest, it requires acceptance, and even if it is accepted, it requires the kind of fanatical belief which because it goes against the Divine Laws of Nature, can never permanently achieve what it sets out to achieve that man worships man instead of God!

Against the Odds: Girl from Gaza Takes 1st International Math Prize*

Gaza’s children affirmed their place at the forefront of creativity and innovation last week, as a 14-year-old girl from Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza, took first place in an international maths competition featuring the best young brains from all around the world.

In recent years in Gaza, creativity and achievement has grown and flourished against extraordinary odds; a blockade and the rubble of many conflicts, the last of which was eight-day war on Gaza in November 2012.

14-year-old Palestine refugee Areej El Madhoun, a student at UNRWA’s school in Jabalia camp received the first prize in this year’s Intelligent Mental-Arithmetic Competition, held in Malaysia every two years. Using the techniques taught to her, Areej was able to outperform thousands of students from at least ten different countries.

left Brain right BrainUsing both sides of the brain

The Intelligent Mental-Arithmetic programme, which targets children between the ages of 4 and 12, works on developing the mental capacity and performance of children by adopting a technique called the “Both-Hand Abacus Mental-Arithmetic” teaching method. Using the fingers of the left and right hands to compute simultaneously, the programme works to create stimulation in both the left and right sides of the brain. This enables children to solve various mathematical questions with speed, accuracy and skill, in addition to improving their thinking abilities.

Ninth-grader Areej outmatched 2,500 other participants from ten countries by solving 182 complicated mathematical questions within an eight-minute period.

A victory for all Palestinians

The competition took place less than a month after Israel’s latest invasion of the Gaza Strip that killed dozens of Palestinians and severely damaged the territory’s infrastructure. Commonly, many children at Areej’s age experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or some other form of psychological stress as a result of the regular shelling and intolerable siege conditions they are forced to face.

“I went through some difficult times before the competition,” she said, briefly recounting her experience under attack.

Areej sees her success as the greatest gift she can offer to the children of Gaza after the recent eight-day war, which saw houses and infrastructure destroyed, and incidences of psychological trauma rise.

“Winning the first prize is a victory for Palestine. I was very proud to carry my country’s flag”, said a delighted Areej.

“When I was announced as the winner, I felt overwhelmed and cried so hard”.

The recent memory of war made her victory particularly poignant, Areej added

“I went through some difficult times before the competition. The most recent conflict in Gaza had just ended two weeks before the competition began.”

In the end, the fear and anxiety brought on by the conflict did not subdue her overwhelming joy at winning first prize, she said.

Creating opportunities for success

In addition to Areej, four other young Palestinians received advanced places in the international competition; proving once again that the talent of Palestinian youth is remarkable, when given the opportunity to be.
