Family that Homeschooled their Children Harassed from Germany to France, the US and Back Again

This affects every family regardless of belief accept for Satanists and paedophiles who have handed over their children to evil. The state is also depriving future society of positive contribution to society and the good governance which so far state education seems to be unable to provide.

A German family who homeschools their six children were beginning their daily lesson on Thursday when police armed with a battering ram came into their home, kidnapping all four children, reported WND.

According to a report by the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), the family had been disputing the

“World War II-era requirement that all children submit to the indoctrination programs in the nation’s public schools.”

Reports say no claims of mistreatment were made, however observers say the incident was “brutal and vicious.”

A group of German police, social workers and special agents forcibly removed the children from the home and refused to tell the parents where they were being taken.

“Officials ominously promised the parents that they would not be seeing their children anytime soon,” reported the HSLDA.

The father, Dirk Wunderlich, said when he peered through a side window of the home, he saw

“…many people, police and special agents, all armed. They told me they wanted to come in to speak with me. I tried to ask questions, but within seconds, three police officers brought a battering ram and were about to break the door in, so I opened it.”

“The police shoved me into a chair and wouldn’t let me even make a phone call at first. It was chaotic as they told me they had an order to take the children. At my slightest movement the agents would grab me, as if I were a terrorist. You would never expect anything like this to happen in our calm, peaceful village. It was like a scene out of a science fiction movie. Our neighbors and children have been traumatized by this invasion.

“When I went outside, our neighbor was crying as she watched. I turned around to see my daughter being escorted as if she were a criminal by two big policemen. They weren’t being nice at all. When my wife tried to give my daughter a kiss and a hug goodbye, one of the special agents roughly elbowed her out of the way and said – ‘it’s too late for that,’” said Wunderlich.

WND reports that after the children were removed, authorities “invited” the parents to meet with social workers, but told them they were denied an immediate court hearing that would reveal the children’s status.

Germany’s strict laws against homeschooling forced the family to relocate to France last year. The family hoped to escape and continue the children’s education at home without disturbance, but were targeted there as well when French officials confiscated the children from the home claiming they had been “left alone.”

The children were soon released, but the family was forced back to Germany because the father failed to find work in the country.

Germany’s anti-homeschooling policy is nothing new. It was made illegal during Hitler’s rule. The German Supreme Court believes homeschooling “counteracts the development of religious and philosophically motivated parallel societies.”

The family accrued the equivalent of around $10,000 in fines, and faced police visits to their home and the forcible removal of their children from the home. On one occasion, their children were dragged away and taken to school in police vans.

In 2008 the US government failed to help the German Romeike family who fled to the US in an attempt to escape persecution for homeschooling their five children. A verdict reached by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in May 2013 supported the Obama administration’s opinion that

“parents have no right to determine how and what their children are taught.”

The Board of Immigration Appeals revoked the judge’s decision to deport the family, but Attorney General Eric Holder revoked their asylum, forcing the family back to Germany.

HSLDA’s Mike Farris explained,

The U.S. government contended that the Romeikes’ case failed to show that there was any discrimination based on religion because, among other reasons, the Romeikes did not prove that all homeschoolers were religious, and that not all Christians believed they had to homeschool.”

According to WND,

“HSLDA has warned that the behavior of German authorities is a foreshadowing of what American parents should expect if the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child ever is ratified in the U.S. Its concerns are detailed at the website Parental Rights.

Uwe and Hannelore Romeike are music teachers and evangelical Christians who withdrew their children from German public schools in 2006, after becoming concerned that the educational material employed by the school was undermining the tenets of their Christian faith, and that the school was not providing their children with an ideal learning environment.

Parental Rights make the following proposal amendments to the US Constitution in an attempt to  prevent U.S. ratification of UN Conventions that threaten parental rights:

The Proposed Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

The liberty of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and care of their children is a fundamental right.

The parental right to direct education includes the right to choose public, private, religious, or home schools, and the right to make reasonable choices within public schools for one’s child.

Neither the United States nor any State shall infringe these rights without demonstrating that its governmental interest as applied to the person is of the highest order and not otherwise served.
