Non-Compliance Stops California’s RFID Tracking Plans for Drivers
RFID used radio frequencies from the electromagnetic fields to transfer data, which can be done using batteries/local power source or can be powered by the electromagnetic fields themselves. They transmit data in the form of a serial number of an object/person that is unique to them.
RFIDs emit radio waves, which the user’s body absorbs as exampled by the affect they have on pacemakers. and is questioning how prolonged exposure to EMR might affect patients. There was enough concern in 2008 over open American passports embed with RFIDs which was felt could trigger a bomb! On May 31, 2011, the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified radiofrequency fields as “possibly carcinogenic to humans.”
Yet there is an agenda to implant them into our lives!
A state frightened f its own citizen will do macabre things, as exampled by the recent Egyptian massacres.
The first Trojan horse has been health – ‘to monitor the health of patients’ it is said, but the recent case of the 8 year old Yemeni boy Barq, demonstrates how helpful RFIDs can be. Barq was given an RFID tag to put on his surrogate father, who was killed by drones two days later. The RFID tag helped the drones to identify their target.
In the US school students and parents opted for non-compliance which led to a failure in increased school attendance, the carrot to encourage a massive take up amongst the population.
Because of non compliance California lawmakers have recently suspended legislation to place RFID tracking chips in ID’s and drivers licenses.

Because of citizen non compliance with this idea, California lawmakers have recently suspended legislation to embed RFIDs, or radio-frequency identification chips, in its state identification cards and driver’s licenses.
S.B. 397 was put on hold by the state Assembly Appropriations Committee, despite it having been approved by the California Senate, where it will probably be re-introduced in months unfortunately.
So far, 4 other states have used radio-frequency identification devices already, in passports, school identification cards, and eventually bar-code labels on consumer goods.
It is quite scary one might say, how the states Michigan, New York, Vermont and Washington have already begun embedding drivers licenses with these. The most suspicious part may be the fact that they are linking them to a national database controlled by the Department of Homeland Security. They are trying to incentivize people to use them, by calling them ‘enhanced’ cards that can be used to re-enter the U.S. at a land border instead of a passport.
The DHS, who are trying to purchase over a billion hollow point bullets, thousands of tanks and automatic weapons right now for ‘training’ says the RFID chip “will signal a secure system to pull up your biographic and biometrics data for the CBP officer as you approach the border inspection booth” .
This is just another way that the death grip of the state is desperately trying to hold onto control of us citizens, before we go to war for the dollar of the American Empire, and the Federal Reserve.
