Turkey Bombards Kurdish-held Areas of Syria’s Aleppo Province*

Turkey’s artillery on Saturday shelled areas controlled by Kurdish fighters in Syria’s northern province of Aleppo.

The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Turkish bombs hit areas of Aleppo, including Minnigh, which was recently recaptured by the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) forces from Daesh Takfiri terrorists.

Ankara accuses Syrian Kurdish group Democratic Union Party, also known as the PYD, and its military wing the YPG of having links to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) militant group that has been fighting for an autonomous Kurdish region inside Turkey since the 1980s.

According to YPG sources, the shelling struck the strategic Minnigh military airport.

The development came after Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in a televised speech Saturday threatened military action against Syrian Kurdish fighters, saying,

“We can, if necessary, take the same measures in Syria as we took in Iraq and Qandil.”

The Turkish army launched airstrikes against the PKK positions in northern Iraq on their Qandil mountain stronghold and Turkey as well as purported Daesh targets in Syria in 2015.

Elsewhere in his comments the Turkish premier stated,

“The leadership cadre and ideology of the PKK and PYD is the same.”

In an apparent reference to the U.S. policies and recent comments by U.S. State Department spokesman John Kirby that Washington does not consider the PYD as a terror group and would continue to support its operations in Syria, Davutoglu said,

“Those who say that they are not terror groups either do not know the region or have bad intentions.”

Kurdish groups like the PYD and its military wing, the YPG, have been making advances in the campaign against the Daesh terrorists inside Syria.

The Turkish prime minister, meanwhile, said Ankara would soon send documentation to the U.S. “to show that the PYD is a branch of the PKK.” The U.S. and the European Union recognize the PKK as a terror group.

Also on Saturday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Turkey and Saudi Arabia could launch a ground operation in Syria.

Parents Now Being Thrown in Jail in America for Homeschooling Their Children*

Schooling By David DeesBy J. D. Heyes

America the police state has become a labyrinth of rules, regulations and mandates, the amount of which is impossible to know, let alone comply with. But you know, that ol’ “ignorance of the law is no excuse” excuse wielded by faceless, un-elected bureaucrats wins out every time against the hapless, helpless citizen. In fact, some Americans cynically believe that rules are nearly impossible to comply with, and that they are written that way on purpose so as to justify the size, scope and power of the state.

That’s what seems to be the case in Ohio, whose Republican governor, John Kasich, wants to be the next president of the United States. His state’s department of education is so stringently absurd, that for lack of a piece of paper, it seeks to jail parents who dare to homeschool their kids.

As reported by Off The Grid News, two separate households that homeschool their children are facing jail time and thousands of dollars in fines and fees, for just barely missing state deadlines that they knew nothing about.

The charges are as ridiculous as the filings – “contributing to the delinquency of a minor,” despite the fact that state nannies acknowledged the children were indeed being schooled at home, in parental education programs that officials later acknowledged met the state’s requirements.

The state school system says that the parents did not provide them with proper, timely notification that their kids would not be attending public school [a requirement that only a totalitarian could love]. But in contemptuous fashion, rather than notifying the parents of their delinquent paperwork filing, education officials let the children’s’ absences from public school mount up for nearly a month, so that they could bring criminal charges against them, according to Peter Kamakawiwoole of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA).

Guilty of … missing paperwork

Job justification, you see. Now watch – don’t be surprised if the next step is for the state to step in and remove the children from the homes of these “criminals.”

Most of the time around the country, the lawyer said, “if the family resolves the issue promptly, state officials rarely pursue further action—like criminal prosecution—against the parents. Unless you happen to live in Ohio.”

Kamakawiwoole added that both families were relatively new to homeschooling laws in the Buckeye State.

“One family filed a notice of intent when they began homeschooling last year, but did not know they had to file another notice for this school year,” Kamakawiwoole wrote [and why didn’t the state education nannies tell them they needed to file again?]. “The other family filed their annual notice of intent, but did not submit an educational assessment with their notice because they had not yet completed it, and had been told by their school district that there was no deadline for submitting the assessment.”

So they were given wrong information by school officials, and are now being made to suffer for it.

Kamakawiwoole maintained that the state education officials who are paid by state taxpayers had an obligation to contact the families when absences began to mount.

‘Disproportionate and draconian’

“As soon as both families realized their errors, they took action to comply with their districts’ demands,” he wrote.

“After filing the paperwork, both families received a letter from their superintendent verifying that their homeschool program is in compliance with state law for the 2015-2016 school year.”

However, the school district then brought criminal charges – which will carry a maximum of $1,000 in fines, and six months in the county jail, not to mention what kind of lasting effect such a conviction might have on other constitutional rights (like gun ownership).

However, “each day that a child is ‘truant’ can be considered a separate offense,” Kamakawiwoole said, so that means jail time and fines could mount quickly.

“There is no question that homeschooling families have to meet certain filing requirements in Ohio, and this statute’s primary purpose is to deal with parents who ignore their responsibilities to direct the upbringing and education of their children,” Kamakawiwoole wrote.

“But that is not what is happening here. When schools use this statute to prosecute families for what amounts to a simple clerical error, the response is disproportionate and draconian.”

Kidnapped Russian Pilot Describes How It is Legal to Lie in the U.S.*

Kidnapped Russian Pilot Describes How It is Legal to Lie in the U.S.*

Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko, who is serving a 20-year sentence in the U.S. for alleged drug trafficking, has told reporters about numerous violations of his rights and “deliberate attempts to kill him” through cruel conditions and poor medical treatment.

“I would like to disclose what is going on, because I am tired of fighting the lawlessness that I experience here. There is no justice here, only lies that I cannot refute in time,” Yaroshenko told Russian daily Izvestia.

“Everything that the American side is doing is absolute lies. We have repeatedly caught them lying, but it turned out that such things are legal here. Prosecutors are lying right in the court hall and the judge is backing them, says that this is all normal. They don’t even bother to refute that they are lying. Earlier they claimed that they had never tortured or beaten me, but now they admit it,” the pilot told reporters.

“They just say that this is no big deal for them – to beat or torture someone,” he added.

Yaroshenko also said in the interview that the prison administration had repeatedly punished him for negative statements about the United States and American democracy.

“Recently they asked me why I was complaining to the Russian consular services and the Russian embassy. But who else can I complain to? I am a Russian citizen, I have not come here by myself, I was kidnapped, tortured and beaten. This is the place where it is better to forget about human rights,” he noted.

Konstantin Yaroshenko was sentenced to 20 years in jail in the United States in 2011 for allegedly participating in a conspiracy to smuggle drugs into the country. However, the charges against the Russian are based on testimony of U.S. agents who launched a sting operation against him. He was arrested in Liberia and flown to the U.S. without official extradition procedure, despite protests from Russia and violations of the diplomatic code. The pilot himself has always maintained his innocence, and insisted from the very beginning his case was not about drug trafficking. He says his poor command of English prevented him from understanding the nature of suggestions made to him by undercover DEA agents.

“What were their charges against me? The papers said that Yaroshenko understood what the agents were talking about. This is it. But this is absurd – I did not even speak English at that moment. Are they clairvoyants? How do they know the thoughts of other people?he asked.

“Besides, even if I understood what they were talking about, this does not mean that I agreed with what the agents planned to do. It was not my plan, but the agents’.”

Yaroshenko’s defense team have repeatedly stated that the whole scheme was organized by US special services in an attempt to extract evidence against Russian citizen Viktor Bout, the owner of a transport company who had also been illegally extradited to the U.S. and sentenced after a DEA sting operation.

In 2015 Russia launched a criminal case against 11 U.S. agents and four Liberian police officers over suspicions that they took part in the sting operation that ended in Yaroshenko’s detention. The suspects were charged in absentia with kidnapping, threats of violence and forcing a person to testify in a criminal process by using intimidation or torture. In Russia, these crimes are punishable with prison sentences of up to 12 years.

Zika the Genocidal Mega Hoax

Zika the Genocidal Mega Hoax

From Alexandra Bruce

James Corbett posted this prescient clip before a group of Argentine scientists blew the whistle on what’s really going on with the despicable Zika fraud that’s being propagated by the Centers of disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Government, the Brazilian Government and by the international Mainstream Media.

This Zika bogusness illustrates what is so wrong about our world right now: super-conglomerate, mega-corporations own all world governments and their so-called regulatory agencies. They’ve got all the authorities in their pockets – all but a handful of ethical, independent groups who actually give a damn about their fellow human beings.

Sumitomo Chemical, part of an immense Japanese mega-conglomerate with 2013 gross revenues of $36 billion is avoiding liability for the thousands of babies born with severe birth defects and the hundreds more who have been killed, due to the addition of their petrochemical poison, pyriproxyfen, a larval pesticide, into the water supplies of poor communities in the Brazilian Northeast.

The regulators are not regulators, the governments aren’t governments: they’re all just bribe-takers and worse, their greed is genocidal.

Members of the Brazilian government were likely bribed into allowing these  genocidal experiments to be conducted on the poorest members of their society.

Something along these lines had already been suspected by Mike Adams of Natural News, James Corbett and others, as previous Zika outbreaks (which result inrelatively mild flu-like symptoms in less than a quarter of those who become infected) have never previously resulted in incidences of microcephaly.

But if you go to the CDC’s website, you’ll be strongly misled with the suggestion that Zika is the cause of of birth defects and that women of child-bearing age should avoid areas where Zika has been detected – and that if they live there, they are strongly urged to avoid getting pregnant.

Microcephaly has been commonly linked to environmental toxicity, resulting from oil refineries, the spraying of pesticides (which are petrochemicals) and worse, in this case, the water supply being dosed with an anti-larval poison.

The Argentina-based Network of Universities for Health and the Environment (Red Universitaria de Ambiente y Salud) came forward with this statement:

“Malformations detected in thousands of children from pregnant women living in areas where the Brazilian state added pyriproxyfen to drinking water is not a coincidence, even though the [Brazilian] Ministry of Health places a direct blame on Zika virus for this damage, while trying to ignore its responsibility and ruling out the hypothesis of direct and cumulative chemical damage caused by years of endocrine and immunological disruption of the affected population.

“Doctors from the Brazilian Association for Collective Health (ABRASCO) demand that urgent epidemiological studies taking into account this causal link be carried out, especially when among 3,893 cases of malformations confirmed until January 20, 2016, 49 children have died and only five of them were confirmed to have been infected with Zika.”

As James Corbett puts it, “Zika is a bust. But it’s accomplished its mission: $1.8 billion in funding a virus…shown to kill no one…and it’s all going to Big Pharma, so they can develop their vaccines at Taxpayer expense and sell them to the government for their own profit…Corporate, crony Capitalism/Fascism – whatever you want to call it,” strikes again!

Corbett also notes that the vast sum being allocated by the U.S. government to Zika initiatives is WAY more than the $3 million initially spent on the 9/11 Commission Report, the investigation into the deadliest attack on U.S. soil in the country’s history.

That’s 500 times less than the amount now being spent by the bankrupt U.S. government on Zika!
