We Don’t Need a New President; We Need a New Consciousness and a New System*

A new consciousness, and a new system which springs from that elevated consciousness, is what the United States needs most right now – not a new president.

Here we are again in the midst of another long election cycle in the U.S., and what has changed?

Yes, there are more “outsiders” this time, to the extent that you can call Sanders (a career politician) and Trump (a billionaire intent on always getting the best deal, in true capitalistic style, no matter what) “outsiders”. You see it every election cycle; a new candidate emerges, promising hope, change and sometimes even a revolution. But how often does it actually lead to significant, lasting and beneficial change?

Can any candidate really deliver as much freedom, peace and abundance to the average person as much as an improved new system?

Editor’s note: I am all for a no government, no system reality, however it seems there may have to be some kind of interim system as when the old system collapses because most people do not see how we can govern ourselves.

The “Hope and Change” Ride

Many get swept away by the euphoria of it. Obamamania was a classic example. Obama was Mr. Hope and Change, but as many have noted, he turned out to be Bush on steroids, or tyranny with a smiley face. Obama has continued and expanded all the wars, spearheaded a whole new type of war (remote-controlled drone killings) and signed pieces of legislation like the NDAA which allows Americans to be held indefinitely without trial, in gross violation of the 6th amendment among others. Is this the kind of hope and change people thought they were getting when they voted for Obama?

Hope and change, or similar notions are almost always seized upon by politicians vying for office, because they play off people’s dissatisfaction with the status quo. However, history shows us that generally the promised change never quite happens in a way that’s good for the people. The movement or revolution in the making tends to dissipate once the candidate takes office. It leaves us betrayed and trapped, like a donkey tricked into doing hard work, reaching forward for the carrot on a fishing line that always remains out of grasp no matter what he does.

Although Bernie Sanders is clearly of a higher moral character than Obama, what will his brand of “change” be? If he wins, will he, as Chris Hedges writes, just be the leader of another phantom movement?

We may get a new president, but he or she will inherit the same system of control. Meet the new boss; same as the old boss. Lord Acton famously said that “power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. It is a very rare person indeed who cannot be corrupted by the massive excess of power that is afforded an office like that of the U.S. President. U.S. presidents have the power to fire anyone in the entire executive branch of the government, and also to command the instant destruction of entire cities. The U.S. has thousands of nuclear missiles; only the president can give the signal to launch them. Why are we still allowing a system to exist that gives one person such massive power over the entire world?

Men like JFK, although he had flaws like anyone, held to his principles (for which he paid his life), but he was one in a million. It is insane to continue on with a system that keeps deceiving, manipulating and enslaving us, waiting in vain for someone “good” to finally take office and reverse it all. We will run out of breath trying.

Let’s Face It: Power is Way Too Centralized

The issue is clearly that there is too much power vested in too few hands. Power is far too centralized already, and the goal of the New World Order is further centralization of power in a world government. If we care about freedom, we need to be going in the opposite direction: decentralization of power. Haven’t we learned enough from history, with pages full of mass murder, genocide and war, to see the disastrous consequences of concentrating power in too few hands? Or are we going to continue to delude ourselves that decentralization is too inefficient, and that it’s better to sacrifice freedom for “more efficacious decision making”? It’s just like our health; many people would rather eat fast food and hold cell phones to their heads for hours (thus microwaving themselves) because it’s more “convenient” than eating home cooked meals and talking on landlines. Our values and priorities are so out of whack we are literally killing ourselves with our decisions.

It’s time humanity asked itself, politically: what’s more important – freedom or efficiency?

Creating a New System

Imagine if we put as much power into changing the system as changing the president. Imagine a new system where the government only had 1/6th of its current power, and things like defense, education, energy and healthcare were decentralized and not under the government umbrella. Imagine a new system like direct democracy where citizens could vote electronically on bills and initiatives, thus bypassing much of the need for elected representatives. Imagine a new system where the government had to balance its books and legally could not borrow to go into debt. Imagine a new system where only those who didn’t want the job were chosen, in order to prevent the ambitious from becoming career politicians. Imagine a new system where campaigning and rigged electronic voting machines were banned. Imagine a new system where anyone who declared war would have to personally go on the front lines to fight it!

We have the numbers and the power. We could create any new system we wanted to, only limited by our imagination and our will. Many societies in humanity’s past used a council of elders or wise men and women as their sole political vehicle. Some native American Indians gave great power to the old women or crones, who got to decide which men would be leaders, since they knew their characters as young children, when they had reared and watched over them.

Elevated Consciousness: Key to Any New System

However, before we create any possible new decentralized system, we need to address the root cause of the issue. To really be beneficial, any new system must be grounded in a higher state of consciousness. Einstein said that a problem can only be solved by moving to a higher level of thinking than that which created it. The real revolution has to be a revolution of consciousness. Any other movement or revolution that is not accompanied by this is bound to fail.

Conclusion: Imagine If We Put As Much Power into Changing the System as Changing the President

If you live in the U.S., I urge you to think big this election cycle. Don’t just think about which candidate you want, because after all, many are bought-and-sold NWO puppets. Think about the entire system. Think about what changes you would make if you could. Think about what system would better serve everyone. Share this with people you know, even if they aren’t open to it, because it may just plant a seed in their minds. We don’t have to constantly settle for mediocrity by choosing the lesser of two evils. We’re better than that.

At some point we created the government, and thus, so too can we dissolve it and replace it with an entirely new system if we so choose. Remember the words from the Declaration of Independence:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

We’ve been abused enough. It’s time for a real revolution.

Melinda Gates of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is furthering her agenda to control the population. This time is by launching her “Family Planning Programme. The technology is called Uniiject, it comes in a simple, unintimidating squeeze bottle. It is said to cost one dollar. The injection is simple and built to encourage more women in West African nations to either delay pregnancy or halt it forever. Because the injection doesn’t require the women to lift up their dresses, turnout is expected to be high.

According to Science Alert, 6,000 women have already been subjected to the anti-fertility injections.

The results have so far been very positive in Burkina Faso, with Gates Foundation-funded site, Take Part, reporting that nearly 6,000 women have used the contraceptive, and for almost a quarter of them, it’s the first contraceptive they’ve ever taken.

Melinda Gates now plans to roll out the anti-fertility contraception to millions of women, according to the Hindustan Times.

“I’m encouraged that the government of India is finally, really coming back to family planning. They have re-energised it, they are saying they understand it needs to be voluntary and they are starting to offer a basket of choices and options to women,” said Melinda , co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, who arrived in New Delhi on a three-day visit on Friday.

“Because sterilisation is the only method available to so many women, they have their children very, very close together, so they have them young which is extremely dangerous for the mom and for the baby,” she said.

“So India took this decision last year to introduce injectables into the public sector, which is huge. I see it happening this year. They (Indian government) have been talking about it for several years but hadn’t taken the policy decision. They finally took the policy decision, so I think they will start to roll them out this year as part of the government system, They’re (injectable contraceptives) have been in the private sector,” she said.

This is glorified population control on the part of the Gates Foundation. It can’t be interpreted in any other way. Melinda is just off her 7th visit to India which is when she dropped the news about population control meds being issued to young girls country-wide. She’s calling it the “Family Planning Programme” but in the end, it is just an injection that sterilises girls. Many of the girls are from low-education areas and probably don’t understand the gravity of Melinda’s “Family Planning Programme.”

This is nothing short of a nefarious attempt to control the population. We’ve long speculated that the Bill and Melinda Gate’s Foundation has used vaccines to secretly sterilize young mother in Africa and India, now that concept has been lent more authenticity.

Patiently Awaiting Lo’ihi: A Hawai’ian Story*

Eons before our forefathers climbed down from trees, shed vestigial tails, discovered their thumbs, and began walking upright, the fire goddess Pele was hard at work on the bottom of earth’s mightiest ocean.  There, four miles beneath the turbulent salty surface, she toiled.  Building Islands of white-hot, molten basalt, pushing them far into the sky, then watching as rock, buffeted by wind and rain, wore down to soil, as birds dropped seeds from faraway lands, as lush forests grew, as the ancestors of parrot-fish gobbled coral and crapped golden sand beaches which, in turn, became home to ancient species of crabs, turtles, and seals, then smiling knowingly as those same Islands began a slow collapse under their own weight.  Dying as surely as all things must, one by one, the sentient towers of basalt slowly returned to the arms of the sea god Lono, from whence they arose.  Leaving new and developing Islands in their wake, as they slipped beneath the waves.

For seventy, eighty, a hundred million years, Pele has been relentless in her project.  Her route being mapped from the beginning, by a two thousand mile long fault line beneath the sea.  Running northwest to southeast, the Hawai’ian hot-spot has a history about which we can only venture educated guesses.  Although still unseen by human eyes, twelve hundred years ago, these beautiful ever-changing Islands had become much as we know them today.

They came from the southern tropics, across two thousand, five hundred miles of unforgiving seas.  Fleeing unknown strife on Bora Bora or Tahiti.  Perhaps religious persecution, as James Michener suggested in his epic 1959 novel Hawai’i.  Luckily for those who would become the first Hawai’ians, they came with the foods of their homeland, for Pele’s creations were almost completely lacking in human sustenance.  Their swift, seaworthy, twin-hulled canoes were loaded with coconuts, taro corms, banana and breadfruit shoots, sugarcane, chickens, pigs, edible dogs, and hearty men and women of breeding age.  They came to establish a new civilization in a place which thus far existed only in their native folklore.  Their faith guided them to Hawai’i, and their painstakingly thorough preparation would sustain them for a millennium, largely undisturbed and unmolested in the most remote Island chain on earth.

They brought with them a strong sense of oneness with the aina (land) and the kai (sea).  Soon their crops were planted and growing, their livestock breeding and flourishing, and fertile fishing grounds established. Their numbers quickly increased, spreading out over all the habitable islands.  Their lifestyle sustained, even improved, that which Pele had created.  Edible plantings attracted more passing birds to call Hawai’i home.  Taro patches, banana trees, and sugarcane fields decorated the landscape.  Coconut trees provided food and welcome shade along the coastlines.  Laughter of keiki (children) filled the air.  Of course, even paradise has its ups and downs.  Like all humans, the Hawai’ians had their share of bickering, power struggles, even wars between the populations of various Islands.  Finally though, about two hundred years ago, all the Islands were united under Kamemeha the Great, and fell under the jurisdiction of the Monarchy.

But by then, the seeds of change and destruction had already been planted.  English explorer James Cook had sailed into the neighbourhood, becoming the first non-Polynesian to lay eyes upon Hawai’i in 1778.  Although the Hawai’ians had the good fortune or foresight to permanently silence him, word got out about the paradise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.  Shiploads of missionaries, businessmen, and other predators of various stripes began arriving with alarming frequency.  The vast majority of new arrivals were pink invaders that came from The United States of America, who knew exactly how to deal with illiterate, overly-pigmented populations, long entrenched upon valuable and coveted property.  300 years of mass armed robbery, rape, and murder had successfully created the U.S.A., and a few little Islands would be no problem for expert opportunists to handle.

It all began innocently enough.  The Hawai’ians, finding that their sandalwood forests were highly prized by people in faraway Asia, happily chopped them down, trading the fragrant wood to passing merchants in exchange for exotic products from foreign lands.  Whaling captains, discovering that the Islands were winter calving grounds to thousands of whales, wantonly decimated the leviathan population.  Capitalism was well on its way to despoiling paradise.  All too soon, the aina was being traded away to wealthy pink businessmen who would grow vast tracts of sugarcane, coffee, and exotic species of pineapple from South America.  Crucifix-bearing missionaries, selling their particular version of religion, shamed the Hawai’ians for their nakedness and promiscuity.  After being forced to deny their own dieties and accept the one true God, through threats of eternal hellfire and damnation, the Islanders tossed aside Pele, Lono and a host of other gods, crossed themselves, grovelled and filled the collection plates of their monotheistic invaders.  The pink intruders were well on their way to remaking paradise in their own image.

It was slavery that built the agrarian capitalist economy of the U.S.A., and the lesson had been learned well.  Unfortunately the Hawaiians, much like Native Americans, made poor slaves, whether wages were paid or not.  Soon shiploads of wage slaves from China, Japan, the Philippines, and Portugal began arriving.  By the end of the nineteenth century, the Monarchy had become an inconvenient impediment to progress, so American businessmen, with the help of the U.S. Marines, dethroned Queen Lili’uokalani.  Soon, Hawai’i was annexed as a U.S. Territory, and the U.S. Military moved in and took over the show.

In 1959, a few years after Hawai’i played a strategic role in World War II, statehood was awarded to, or forced upon, the Islands.  Hawai’i’s reputation as a vacation destination grew in leaps and bounds, and even though Pele was still busy on the Big Island, creating more land, real estate prices skyrocketed.  Now, only the wealthy could afford to live the dream life in Hawai’i.  Condo complexes sprang up like weeds.  The original Hawai’ians, whose numbers had both dwindled and been widely interbred with an international array of partners, found themselves in a bewildering world.

Hawai’ians, whose ancestors had once lived off the land, were now unwitting, unwilling slaves to a bizarre economy in a parallel universe.  Once able to walk out into their gardens and harvest mangoes, papayas, coconuts, bananas, and sugarcane, they found that their gardens were now military bases, or had been bought by real estate speculators.  They were forced to become wage slaves, cash their paychecks, and shop at Safeway Supermarkets for mangoes from Ecuador, G.M.O. papayas from Monsanto, coconuts from Mexico, bananas from Honduras, and sugarcane from C&H.  Commercial fishing had decimated local fish populations to a degree that they would now need to buy frozen salmon and cod from the other side of the world.  Homes which were once free for the building, were now obtained only after providing proof of sufficient income, and assuming unaffordable thirty year mortgages.

New foreign concepts were rearing their ugly heads.  Poverty, homelessness, and hunger became everyday crosses to bear, as an international wealthy clientele bought up every scrap of valuable land, every house and condo, and all the while making consumer goods in the Islands even more expensive.  The rich man’s playground had rendered the original Hawai’ians superfluous.  Nothing left for them to do but put on grass skirts, get out their ukuleles, dance and sing for the entertainment of their conquerors, and accept the fact that paradise was gone for good.

From her workshop, just 20 miles south of the Big Island, Pele watches in amusement the unsustainable fiasco which has become Hawai’i.  Her latest Island creation, Lo’ihi, is now less than a thousand feet beneath the waves.  The Big Island which, although still adding land area through the usual process,  is already beginning to collapse under its own immense weight.  Sooner or later, the older Islands of Ni’ihau, Kaua’i, and O’ahu will disappear from sight.  They will be followed after another few hundred thousand years by Moloka’i, Maui, Lana’i, and Kaho’olawe.  The voracious civilization which now controls the Islands will eventually cannibalize itself and vanish, leaving behind nothing but ruins and a sordid history.  Lo’ihi will arise from the depths, adding layer upon layer of molten basalt.  Pushing ever-higher into the sky.  Rock will turn to soil.  Plants and birds will arrive.  Parrot-fish will crap new beaches.  Even more Islands will grow from the dark depths of the sea.  And the great experiment of life will take another shot at getting it right.  Stay tuned for the next exciting episode.

72 Percent of Aid to Palestine Ends Up ‘In Israeli Hands*

RAMALLAH — Aid money to Palestine ends up benefiting the Israeli economy, and may even help perpetuate the occupation, according to an analysis published last year.

Published by Aid Watch Palestine, a Palestinian NGO that scrutinizes the spending of foreign relief money, the September 2015 study by Shir Hever suggests that at least 72% of foreign aid actually ends up back in Israeli hands.

Palestine’s economy is dependent on foreign aid, although foreign nations sometimes pledge more than they actually give. The World Bank reported that of $3.5 billion pledged to Palestine in 2015, “only 35% has been disbursed, $881 million less than what was supposed to be disbursed so far” by September.

“[D]espite over two decades of sustained aid, the occupation has not come to an end and Palestinians are not yet sovereign in their own country,” Hever noted in the report.

“The question that arises is not only whether aid is effective, but whether it also causes harm.”

Rather than offering long-term relief, the report revealed that most aid is either “diverted,” meaning it never reaches its destination because of “taxes, transportation fees, etc,” or it’s “subverted,” meaning that, even though it ends up in the hands of the Palestinian Authority, it’s spent in such a way that ultimately benefits Israel, including purchases of Israeli goods to fund repair efforts and to rebuild infrastructure.

In an email on Tuesday, Hever told MintPress News he was not calling on donor countries to halt their aid to Palestine. Rather, he said the purpose of the report was to help readers “understand that it is not possible to separate aid from politics.” Donors should “take responsibility for their projects” and how their money is spent.

“I think we should all look at the Freedom Flotilla movement, which is sending aid to Gaza based on the needs of the population there, without going through Israeli customs, without using Israeli currency and most importantly — while making a strong and clear political message,” he said.

“The big donor agencies cannot use the same methods as the Freedom Flotilla, but they have much to learn from that movement.”

In the report, Hever admitted that exact figures for how much aid is diverted or subverted are unavailable, so he produced his estimate by comparing the Israeli and Palestinian economies.

“The prolonged trade imbalance between Israel and OPT [Occupied Palestinian Territories] is a testament to the economic dependency of Palestinians on the Israeli economy, but it also poses an economic puzzle,” he wrote. After eliminating typical causes of trade imbalances, such as debt or foreign investment, he concludes:

“The argument presented here is that international aid can explain the origin of the funding of the trade deficit and of the balance of payments. Aid enables a consistent trade imbalance, which has a substantial impact on both the Palestinian and the Israeli economies.”

Due to years of attacks on Palestinian infrastructure and an ongoing blockade on crucial tools and materials, Hever reported “many of the goods and services required for aid projects are simply unavailable in the Palestinian market and must be sourced from Israeli companies,” resulting in the subversion of substantial quantities of aid.

Because foreign aid turns Palestine into “an effective export sector for the Israeli economy,” Hever suggests that aid money could actually prolong the occupation of Palestine. “International aid efforts ultimately reinforce the Israeli economy and subsidize the Israeli government in financing the occupation.”

In an October 2015 response to Hever’s report also published by Aid Watch Palestine, Peter Falk, an international law scholar who has written extensively about Palestine, suggested that “donors should be encouraged to be more vigilant and aware of these realities.”

The benefits of aid to a needy population must be weighed carefully against the way they also aid Israel’s bottom line, he said, adding that “[p]ressure exerted through exposure of Israeli practices in the media” could also benefit Palestinians.

In his report, though, Hever wondered:

“The question arises of whether the Israeli government would end the occupation if aid ceased? … Or would they remain indifferent to a mass humanitarian disaster that could cost the lives of thousands of Palestinians?”

And he warned that his analysis places considerable moral responsibility on donors

“They are not themselves the occupiers of the Palestinians … but decades of acquiescing to Israeli demands and conditions on the disbursement of aid have turned them into accomplices to Israel’s crimes.”

Radiation in Fukushima was so bad, they couldn’t afford to send people into some places. It turns out, the radiation was so high that even the chrome-domed replacements didn’t fare much better.

“It is extremely difficult to access the inside of the nuclear plant,” Naohiro Masuda, Tepco’s head of decommissioning said.

“The biggest obstacle is the radiation.”

The solution? Robots. The problem? Robots.

“It takes two years to develop a single-function robot,” Masuda said.

As soon as Tepco’s robots, co-designed with Toshiba, get close to Reactor 3, their circuitry gets destroyed by the radiation. The robots are designed to “swim” in the radiated pools where the radioactive fuel rods are located, to search for and recover them.

The robots are unable to enter Reactor 3 because of the concentrated levels of radiation compared to the lesser toxic Reactor 4, where 1,535 fuel rod assemblies had previously been removed. Workers were also able to stand near enough to the pool to directly observe the process in Reactor 4.

This is the same company, mind you, which “accidentally” used radiation monitoring equipment which maxed out at 100mSv when the radiation was 18 times higher – nobody was concerned that the reading was stuck at 100 for really long periods of time, apparently.

Tepco claims that the radiation levels in many locations at the site have fallen dramatically. We were unable to verify if they were using the correct equipment at this time. However, more than 8,000 human workers continue to risk their lives clearing the site of debris at any one time throughout the day.

Water is pumped into the reactors to cool them, and the irradiated water is stored in leaky, illegally-constructed-by-desperate-poverty-stricken-people water tanks.

So far, Japanese fishermen have refused to allow Tepco to release the water it has “treated” into the sea… though Tepco site manager Akira Ono claims that he is “deeply worried” the storage tanks will leak radioactive water into the sea anyway.

Masuda, for his part, claims that leaks have been greatly reduced ever since the company built a wall along the shoreline. Walls are apparently an important solution for every problem in the world.

“I am not about to say that it is absolutely zero, but because of this wall the amount of release has dramatically dropped,” he said.

In February, Tepco completed construction of the world’s largest ice wall to prevent the water from leaking into the groundwater, and thus, into the sea. The wall will only be tested later in the year when water is pumped through the pipes and frozen.

Tepco is developing another robot that will be ready by 2017. However, it is unknown how long that one will last:

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas turned down a U.S. peace initiative presented to him during a West Bank meeting with Vice President Joe Biden, a Palestinian newspaper reported on Thursday.

The report in the Jerusalem-based Al-Quds cited a “source familiar with the details” from Wednesday’s meeting in Ramallah, the seat of the PA.

The new American initiative to restart peace talks included designating East Jerusalem as the capital of the future Palestinian state, halting settlement construction in the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem, Palestinian recognition of Israel as a Jewish nation-state and giving up the demand for a Palestinian right of return.

Palestinian political analysts played down the significance of Biden’s visit to Ramallah and his proposal, according to Al-Quds.

Meanwhile, Abbas also reportedly praised as a “martyr” a Palestinian woman who tried to kill an Israeli soldier in a car-ramming attack last week at the Gush Etzion junction in the West Bank.

The letter was sent to the parents of Amani Husni Sabatin, 34, from the Palestinian Embassy in Jordan, whose ambassador is reportedly related to the attacker, according to the Times of Israel.

“We see in her a martyr who watered the pure earth of Palestine with her blood,” Abbas wrote, and signed it “Your brother, Mahmoud Abbas, president of the State of Palestine.”

Also Wednesday, Kerry following a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem criticized the failure of Palestinian and international leaders to condemn terror attacks in Israel.
