14yo Indian Signs Government Contract to Make anti-landmine Drones*

A 14-year-old Indian boy has signed a deal to commercially produce anti-landmine drones. The child prodigy, who has already developed a prototype, says the idea came to him after learning in the media about the high army casualties caused by land mines.

The zealous inventor, Harshwardhan Zala, is a tenth-grader from Gujarat state in western India.

During the Vibrant Gujarat summit, a platform for exploring business opportunities that took place from January 10 to 17 this year, Harshwardhan managed to sign a Rs 5-crore deal to produce drones with the Government of Gujarat’s Department of Science and Technology worth about $733,000.

Harshwardhan presented a prototype of the drone that he began developing back in 2016. It had cost him Rs 5 lakh (about $7,300) to make and was partially financed by the government.

The young mogul says the inspiration struck him when he was watching television and learned that “a large number of soldiers succumb to injuries sustained due to landmine blasts while defusing them manually.”

Speaking to the Times of India, the teenager explained that the drone is equipped “with infrared, RGB sensor and thermal metre along with a 21-megapixel camera with a mechanical shutter that can take high-resolution pictures as well.”

“The drone also carries a bomb weighing 50 grams that can be used to destroy the landmine,” he added.

Harshwardhan says he initially created a land mine detecting robot, but then realized that “since the weight is heavy it would trigger a blast and damage it… So I thought of creating a drone which will be at a safe distance while detecting the mines.”

Now the Gujarat government hopes that these anti-landmine drones will be commercially produced.

“An MoU has been signed with him and, in the coming days, Gujarat government will work with him on this project,” said Dr. Narottam Sahu, head of the Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST), as cited by NDTV.

The 14-year-old believes that his drones will be cheaper than those used by the army.

For the final prototype that I created, it cost me around 3.2 lakhs ($4.6), and improving it further may increase the cost a little but it will be still cheaper than the present system used in the army,” he said.

Harshwardhan says he has already set up his own company, Aerobatics 7, and calls himself “Robotics Developer, Drone Maker, Coder” on Instagram. The young entrepreneur’s father works as an accountant and his mother is a homemaker, according to the Indian media.

Alternative Cancer Clinic in Arizona Uses Natural Therapies with High Success Rate*

Alternative Cancer Clinic in Arizona Uses Natural Therapies with High Success Rate*

By Paul Fassa

What if you knew of an all natural cancer clinic that has survived in the USA for nine years with a very high rate of remission and recovery rates? There is one in Tempe, Arizona. It’s called NatureWorksBest Cancer Clinic. Cancer patients come to that clinic after they’ve been diagnosed with cancer from conventional oncologists.

Medical tourism is thriving in Mexico, Germany, and elsewhere because they have cancer clinics that are not prohibited from using natural approaches for actually healing cancer at much higher rates than conventional oncology without side effects.

Mexico guarantees health freedom and several alternative cancer clinics thrive there at lower costs than what would be available in our country. Those Mexican clinics, some of which started in the States but were forced out by mainstream medicine’s monopolistic police powers, are not only safer and less expensive, but often much more effective at actually curing cancer.

The Tempe, AZ clinic is also the real deal. You or a loved one won’t have to go to Mexico to avoid chemotherapy or other harmful and expensive procedures for the opportunity of treating cancer successfully.

There are some USA “integrative” cancer clinics and hospitals that offer natural treatments to mostly support cancer patients through orthodox oncology procedures. But the NatureWorksBest cancer clinic does not use chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery at all while using state of the art diagnostic methods to determine patients’ progress.

Integrative Oncology Compared to All Natural Protocols

There are a few integrative cancer clinics and hospitals in the USA. They mostly rely on chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgeries while assisting patients through the misery of those treatments with dietary recommendations, acupuncture, chiropractics, and counseling.

After reviewing some domestic integrative cancer clinics’ websites, this reporter saw no evidence of even targeting chemotherapy treatments with DMSO. A few short decades ago, a couple of conventional oncologists had success with using considerably less chemo drugs by using DMSO as a carrier that would target cancer cells exclusively. (Source)

This practice was promptly “discouraged” by the mainstream medical industry. Apparently this resulted in using considerably less pharmaceutical chemotherapy drugs, reducing side effects while increasing efficacy. But that also cut into profits for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics, and oncologists who administer chemo in their offices.

Chemotherapy drugs allowed to be purchased at already high wholesale prices from pharmaceutical companies are then sold at higher retail prices by oncologists and hospitals administering them. As the founder and director of NatureWorksBest, Dr. Colleen Huber, NMD, (Naturopathic Medical Doctor) mentions in the first video below:

“a one liter bag of IV chemotherapy can cost up to $50,000.”

Within integrative cancer clinics, there is some evidence of using intratumoral chemotherapy for a very few select cancers by injecting the tumors directly with chemo drugs.

Essentially however, current integrative oncology softens the suffering of pain, fatigue, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea, and cachexia from those harsh treatments, enabling more to survive and perhaps have a remission before dying from the treatment.

Since the treatments themselves are carcinogenic, remissions are very rarely permanent and often secondary tumors appear after remissions. (Studies)

So all that misery even if minimized from *“standard of care” cancer treatments can be for nothing. Studies have determined many deaths certified as caused from cancer are actually from the treatments. So the old adage of dying from the cure instead of the disease is applicable with orthodox oncology.

Medical standard of care is a consensus of what can and cannot be used by an M.D. enforced by medical bureaucrats. An M.D. can have 50 patients die or become chronically ill from treatments and not be legally liable as long as everything done was within medically prescribed standard of care.

By contrast, an M.D. can cure 100 patients with procedures and medicines outside of standard of care and lose his or her license to practice.

The following video shows Dr. Huber talking to a small group in a Tempe, AZ bookstore four years ago. That store was featuring the book Defeat Cancer, a compilation of 15 interviews by Connie Strasheim with doctors outside the mainstream medical monopoly box, including Dr. Huber, the late Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez, the currently harassed and persecuted Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, and others.

The Proof of Natural Cures is with Cured Patients

Mainstream media has often spread malicious misinformation about medical applications that are not under the auspices of National Institutes of Health (NIH), the FDA, and the AMA. That monopoly is too strong and influential. After all, the pharmaceutical industry pays for a lot of advertising in print and on TV. So most media outlets are merely mainstream medicine mouthpieces.

There are also very few independent studies performed and published on successful cancer treatments. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), its departmental subsidiaries, and pharmaceutical companies do not fund universities for research outside the monopolistic oncology box.

Most funded herbal studies, such as those with turmeric and its active ingredient curcumin, are motivated to determine what can by imitated by synthetically produce chemicals for pharmaceutical patenting or simply used as a supporting adjuvant for chemotherapy.

Natural or unorthodox cancer doctors who have provided clinical documents to oncology institutes and university medical centers have seen their work negatively misrepresented, marginalized, or dismissed, allowing the FDA to ban those compounds or procedures and often force them out of the country to treat cancer patients.

Then when mainstream journalists interview conventional M.D.s about those procedures and/or compounds, those doctors can keep their medical licenses intact by simply spouting “there is no scientific proof … works” or “[…] has been proven ineffective” or even “dangerous.”

Perhaps they should listen to patients who were rescued from near death while under conventional oncology treatments, as this one who was treated at NatureWorksBest testified in an area TV newscast. This recovering patient seems to be beyond what conventional oncologists call “spontaneous remission” or what many would call the “placebo effect.”

Nature Works Best Protocols and Guiding Principles

Dr. Colleen Huber recorded 397 of her clinic’s patient histories from start to finish up to 2015, including those who left early, did chemotherapy, radiation and surgery, and refused to comply with her dietary recommendations. Only a few died while under her clinic’s care.

The clinical interventions include IV vitamin cocktails that are predominantly megadose vitamin C. Other vitamins are included in IVs and orally, according to individual needs. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is used as an alkalizing agent to oxygenate cancer cells that normally rely on anaerobic fermentation of glucose. Other herbs and minerals such as magnesium are used as needed.

DMSO is included to seek out and penetrate cancer cells. Internal imaging for locating and tracking tumor reduction is done by either thermography or magnetic resonance imagery (MRI) to reduce the carcinogenic consequences of all other forms of imagery, such as PET and CT scans that rely on X-rays. Dr. Huber is also against mammograms.

Dr. Huber’s dietary recommendations center on excluding all processed carbohydrates and added sugars, using only pure unadulterated stevia as a sweetener. Recovery and remission was 85 percent with all patients who completed their treatments and followed the clinic’s food plan and up to 93 percent among patients in Stage I through early Stage IV. The actual history of patients documented through 2014 is available here.

Conventional oncology’s cancer patients are commonly served and encouraged to eat cookies and ice cream while receiving IV chemotherapy to make the experience “pleasant.” Conventional oncologists even recommend eating sweets to gain weight and not “waste away” with cachexia.

Dr. Huber and her staff did a study survey on their patients during and after their leaving the clinic. Those who engaged in “dietary disputes” and refused to give up sweets and processed carbohydrates had considerably less than half the stable remission rate of those who had complied with abstaining from added sugars, using only stevia, after leaving the clinic.

Dr. Huber’s seven year patient study’s pdf document is a very interesting easy read that details the sugar/cancer relationship study described in the above video with additional clearly explained background data from several sources.

Dr. Huber and her staff of four other NMDs practice the following guiding principles:

  • First Do No Harm (seem familiar?)
  • Treat the Whole Person
  • Prevent Disease
  • Treat the Cause
  • Healing Occurs by Way of Nature
  • Doctor as Teacher

North Dakota Republicans Want to Protect Drivers Who Hit DAPL Protesters*

Pro-pipeline state lawmakers are proposing a rash of bills that will criminalize protests and put protesters lives in danger.

Water protectors in North Dakota may need to be more careful when crossing the street if a proposed bill to exempt drivers who “unintentionally” hit or kill pedestrians who are blocking traffic is passed.

Republican state lawmaker Keith Kempenich introduced legislation to make an exemption for drivers who unintentionally injure or kill pedestrians who are obstructing traffic on public roads.

“It’s shifting the burden of proof from the motor vehicle driver to the pedestrian,” Rep. Keith Kempenich, R-Bowman, told the Bismark Tribune.

Kempenich’s 72-year-old mother-in-law was blocked by a group of protests on a roadway and he admits the law specifically targets protesters.

It’s shocking to see legislation that allows for people to literally be killed for exercising their right to protest in a public space,” Tara Houska, National Campaigns Director for Honor the Earth, told NBC News. The bill has six other sponsors.

North Dakota’s Republican-led state legislature has pushed forward a number of bills allegedly designed to appease constituents who claim they are tired of the ongoing protests.

Another proposed bill aims to criminalize the use of masks at protests by adults which is similar to a previous law aimed at the Ku Klux Klan.

“These (bills) are meant to criminalize the protests with no real concern for constitutional law,” said Houska.

State Senator Kelly Armstrong said that people were “having their lives disrupted” by the ongoing protests against the US$3.8 billion project, where protesters started occupying camps in April 2016. However, Armstrong admitted that is was difficult to enact so-called “protests laws.”

Because of the expensive law enforcement costs over the protests – estimated at over US$22 million, another bill would see North Dakota’s attorney general sue the federal government to help cover the costs. There have been around 600 arrests of pipeline protesters, often with brutal force across the region since Aug. 2016.

Standing Rock Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault II said that the bills are “being drafted without consultation, consent or even basic communication.”

Democrat Marvin Nelson, who has visited the protest camp at Standing Rock, was critical of the proposals, saying “Knee-jerk legislation often is poor legislation.”

In another blow to efforts against the pipeline, Republican Senator John Hoeven was picked by President-elect Trump last week as Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Indian Affairs. Hoeven is known as an avid supporter of the project and the oil industry.

Recently-elected North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum also said this week that he that he believed the project would inevitably be built once Trump officially becomes president this month.

Then

Now

This year’s Martin Luther King Jr Day march takes on added significance in the face of Trump’s looming attacks on civil rights.

Thousands are expected to march on Washington on Saturday as part the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day march organized under the umbrella of Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.

Dubbed the #WeWillNotBeMoved March, the action looks to put Trump and the rest of the U.S. on notice that civil rights are non-negotiable.

“We will rally and put the next Administration (and the nation) on notice that there are some things that will not be changed no matter who is president and what party dominates the House and Senate,” organizers said in a statement.

Endorsed by a broad coalition of civil rights groups- including Planned Parenthood, National Council of La Raza, the NAACP, the Hip Hop Caucus and the National Council of Black Women- the march comes less than a week before the inauguration of a President celebrated by white nationalists, and days after the Republican-controlled Congress began rolling back the Affordable Care Act.

“Protecting the civil rights of citizens and the voting rights of people that have been excluded, providing healthcare for all Americans and equal opportunity should supersede any of the beltway partisan fights that we are inevitably headed into. Groups come and go, elections come and go, but some things must remain constant and non-negotiable,” wrote march organizers in their call out.

While this is the first of many major anti-Tump marches and actions in the days surrounding the inauguration, organizers are also putting Democrats on notice.

“The Democrats have said that they want to work with incoming President Trump where they can and not in other areas,” Rev. Al Sharpton told .Mic.

“We’re saying voting rights, criminal justice reform — that includes police misconduct — health care, jobs and economic justice should be off the table.”

Sharpton and his organization have come under criticism in the past for not making room for a younger generation of activists, and the march is notably lacking official endorsements by the Movement for Black Lives or prominent LGBTQ organizations.

Despite this, or perhaps because of it, Sharpton says the National Action Network has explicitly turned to millennial organizers to set strategy and mobilize other activists.

“All of what we’re saying has more to do with the interests of millennials than it does the older crowd,” Sharpton claimed.

Monday is the national Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday which marks the birthday of the iconic civil rights leader. While a largely sanitized version of King is widely celebrated, in the year before his assassination King was viciously attacked by liberals for his forceful denunciation of U.S. imperialism and the Vietnam War.

Black Lives Matter D.C. is also organizing a series of events over the holiday weekend under the banner #Reclaim MLK.

EVERYTHING Cop Owns Seized to Pay Back Man He Paralyzed*

EVERYTHING Cop Owns Seized to Pay Back Man He Paralyzed*

By Claire Bernish

In what could be one of the most effective solutions for excessive force by police, federal marshals seized the personal possessions — from the sofa and lamps to clothing and an iron — of a South Florida deputy who shot a man holding a cell phone, paralyzing him.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputs Lin spotted 19-year-old Dontrell Stephens in a “high-crime area” — the my Adaman’s own low-income neighborhood — on September 13, 2013, riding a bicycle in a manner the deputy found suspicious.

Lin stopped the youth, who dismounted the bike with a cell phone in his hand and slowly approached the officer. Just outside the range of dash cam video, the officer shot Stephens four times — claiming he was in fear for his life — but footage and evidence clearly showed the claim to be baseless.

Three of the bullets remain lodged in Stephens’ body, according to the Sun Sentinel — two in his arm and one in his spine, which left him paralyzed and dependent on a wheelchair for mobility.

In a lawsuit against Lin and the sheriff’s office, a jury awarded Stephens over $23.1 million — an amount later slightly lowered to $22.4 million — which, as standard practice, would come straight from the pockets of taxpayers.

Since Florida law places a $200,000 limit on payouts like that awarded to Lin’s victim, the case must go before Florida state legislature — but that may never happen. While the settlement languishes, Stephens’ attorneys demanded Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw to make good on the $200,000 — but he balked and filed an appeal.

County Sheriff’s Deputs Lin

County Sheriff’s Deputs Lin

U.S. Magistrate Barry Seltzer upheld the $22.4 million verdict in a 40-page decision, writing, as cited by the Palm Beach Post,

“Stephens lost use of his lower extremities, lost control of his bowel, lost control of his bladder, lost his sexual function and suffers constant and severe pain,” adding insight from another case, “Put simply, the enormity of the award is matched by the enormity of the plaintiff’s damages.”

The dashcam video footage shows how rapidly the shooting occurred

But the judge also understood Lin couldn’t be stripped of all income, considering he has a daughter and family responsibilities.

“In November,” the Sentinel explains,

“U.S. Magistrate Judge Barry Seltzer ruled that none of Lin’s $82,400 in wages should be garnished to help pay off the judgment because he proved he was ‘head of a family’ since he provides more than half of the support for his 6-year-old daughter.

“Lin pays his ex-wife $400 a month to care for their child, and he also picks up the tab for school lunches, after care, ice skating and taekwondo. His overtime is exempt, too.”

It seemed Stephens would not receive justice for being unjustly shot and bound to a wheelchair — but the deputy’s personal possessions aren’t exempt in the matter. So when Sheriff Bradshaw refused to pay, Seltzer gave the green light for federal marshals to seize everything of value from the deputy to be sold at auction to help pay the man’s medical and living expenses.

Four federal marshals came to Lin’s townhouse to serve the court order, Stephens’ attorney, Jack Scarola, told the Sentinel, who reported:

“Lin read the court order, became visibly shaken, and fainted, collapsing to the ground, Scarola said.

“Paramedics were called and when Lin recovered, he sat on a sheriff’s squad car and watched movers load up his belongings and ‘empty out virtually everything …”

Lin’s daughter’s possessions weren’t touched, but,

“Among the items taken: his car, couch, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, his collection of Samurai swords, flatscreen TV, iron, ironing board, computer, golf clubs, bicycle, tools, and almost all of his non-Sheriff’s Office clothing, Scarola said,” according to the Sentinel.

“I don’t think we took any shoes and I don’t think we took any underwear,” Scarola told the outlet, but “shirts and pants and shorts are all gone, jackets.

“We left behind cups and saucers and dishes. There’s nothing of any significant value in those.”

Scarola lamented that Lin’s possessions had to be seized — an action he said he warned the sheriff would happen if the $200,000 weren’t paid — but the horrific aftermath of the deputy’s unjustified use of force must be addressed.

Unfortunately for Stephens, marshals, movers, towing fees, and other expenses from the seizure will have to be paid before he receives a cent — but the young man will eventually receive funds to assist with his expenses.

“I took no pleasure in having to do what we did, but we have an obligation to [act] for our client,” Scarola stated.

“Dontrell is very pleased we’re making every effort to protect his legal interest. It was the only alternative open to us and definitely the right thing to do.”

Perhaps, if law enforcement officers feared losing literally everything but the clothes on their backs, the decision to shoot — rather than de-escalate or employ a less-lethal weapon — might not come so quickly.

U.S. Coalition Airstrikes Killed More Civilians in Syria*

U.S. Coalition Airstrikes Killed More Civilians in Syria*

By Alice Donovan

The U.S. Coalition reportedly carried out a lethal series of airstrikes over the Idlib countryside, killing and wounding scores of civilians near the Turkish border-crossing in Syrian Province of Idlib.

On Tuesday’s midday at 03:55 PM the B52 warplane have bombarded Sarmada town’s outskirts over a prison followed to Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham (JFS) which led to dozens of casualties and injuries amid the civilians and prisoners in addition to mass destruction.

Moreover, the U.S. warplanes have bombarded Sarmada square and killed 12 civilians while carrying out an airstrike over a vehicle followed to JFS.

At the same time, media sources of JFS denied the circulating data talking about the international coalition targeting a prison belonging to JFS, saying that the bombing targeted the major headquarters of the region and contains several branch offices as well as a new-formed police station which caused the killing of all who were in the headquarters about 25 members.

Meanwhile, the U.S. military has acknowledged that at least 188 civilians have been killed in U.S.-led strikes in Iraq and Syria since its campaign began against the Islamic State in August 2014.

The coalition airstrikes against Daesh targets which together resulted in the unintended death of 15 civilians occurred in the Iraqi cities of Shahid-Yunis As Sab on November 6, Mosul on November 26 and 29, and in Syrian Salahiyah on November 21 and Raqqa on November 26, according to the statement.

“To date, based on information available, CJTF-OIR has assessed that, it is more likely than not, at least 188 civilians have been unintentionally killed by coalition strikes since the start of Operation Inherent Resolve. CJTF-OIR regrets the unintentional loss of civilian lives resulting from coalition efforts to defeat ISIL [Daesh] in Iraq and Syria and express our deepest sympathies to the families and others affected by these strikes,” the statement said.

However, the military’s overall estimate is far below that of groups monitoring the civilian casualties. Airwars puts the number at 2,100.

Soros Kicked out of his Own Country*

Soros Kicked out of his Own Country*

By Jonas E. Alexis

George Soros is probably in trouble again. Bloomberg has recently reported that “Hungary plans to crack down on non-governmental organizations linked to billionaire George Soros,” and that certainly is not good news for old Soros.

It gets worse:

“The European Union member will use ‘all the tools at its disposal’ to ‘sweep out’ NGOs funded by the Hungarian-born financier, which ‘serve global capitalists and back political correctness over national governments.’”

It sounds like a bad omen for Soros. He was kicked out of Russia for spreading covert activity; he was kicked out of China for planning to subvert the monetary system; and now he is seen as a subverter in his own country, Hungary.

Perhaps Soros needs to wake up and stop his subverting movement. Perhaps he needs to stop (in his own words) living in an “amoral universe” and fancying himself “as some kind of god or an economic reformer like Keynes.

Since Soros is in the world “to make money,” he therefore “cannot look at the social consequences of what I do.” This means that in the world of George Soros, money comes first and people are just an after-thought.

To put it in simple terms, if people get screwed by the economic downfall due to Soros’ activity, well, that’s too bad. In fact, Soros made it very clear that he is “engaging in an amoral activity,” which is to say that morality or practical reason plays no role.

We all know that when practical reason is out of any fundamental issues like economic enterprise, then some people are going to get screwed. Soros screwed Russia and other countries in the 1990s.

But Soros doesn’t seem to remember the principle that “whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” In other words, Soros is going to reap what he sows—and that may have far more consequences than he could possibly imagine.

We are also seeing a rise against the establishment, which makes its living out of destroying nations through economic manipulation. Soros is one of its representatives, and virtually every serious politician knows that Soros is a trouble maker by now. He uses “democracy” and “freedom” to subvert the countries that consider him as a host, but as E. Michael Jones points out:

“I have learned that whenever I see the word freedom, I instinctively reach to see if my wallet is still in my back pocket. Freedom, in the American sense of the word, means the ability of the ruthless to exploit the naïve.”
