12 American Foods that are Banned in Other Countries*

12 American Foods that are Banned in Other Countries*

By Amy Goodrich

Americans are slowly waking up to the sad fact that their food supply is packed with hazardous and toxic compounds.

Many of the American foods you may be eating on a daily basis are banned in other countries because they contain compounds that are known to cause inflammation, growth defects and cancer.

For some reason the U.S. government and FDA allows these toxic foods to end up in our supermarkets while other countries have taken them off the shelves.

  1. Pink Slime

Pink slime is a name used for processed low-grade beef trimmings and meat by-products. They use ammonium hydroxide in their processing, which is banned in many other countries outside the US.

This pink slime is often added to processed foods. Products can contain up to 15% without additional labelling.

Banned in: Canada, U.K., and E.U.

  1. Farm-Raised Salmon

Farm raised salmons are fed with an unnatural diet of GMO grains and dangerous chemicals such as synthetic astaxanthin (derived from petrochemical) and antibiotics.

It causes their flesh to become grey-ish instead of the pink-red of wild salmon. Avoid all Atlantic salmon as these are mostly coming from fish farms.

Look for the “Alaskan salmon” and “sockeye salmon, both not allowed to be farmed.

Banned in: Australia and New Zealand

  2. Hormone-infused Beef and Dairy

Many of the American cows are fed synthetic hormones to increase meat or milk production. These hormones (rBGH and rBST) end up in the meat and dairy products we consume.

Non-organic meat or dairy has been linked to breast, colon, and prostate cancers.

Banned in: Australia, New Zealand, Israel, E.U., and Canada.

  1. Genetically Modified Papaya

Many of the papayas Americans eat are genetically engineered to be resistant to the ringspot virus.

Studies show that animals fed GMO food, such as corn and soy, have an increased risk of organ damage, tumours, birth defects, premature death, and sterility.

    Banned in: E.U.

  2. Bread With Potassium Bromate

Commercial baking companies enrich their flour with potassium bromate to reduce the baking time and make the dough more elastic.

Too much potassium bromate can cause kidney and nerve damage, thyroid issues, digestive disorders, and cancer.

Banned in: Canada, China and the E.U.

  3. Ractopamine-Tained Meat

Ractopamine is a growth stimulator widely used in the U.S. to increase the weight of pigs, cattle, and turkey. It has been linked to cardiovascular issues, birth defects, and hyperactivity.

Banned in: 160 countries across Europe, Russia, China, and Taiwan

  4. Arsenic-Laced Chicken

Arsenic-based drugs are used to make the chickens grow faster and it makes their meat pinker which gives it a fresher look. Inorganic arsenic is a known carcinogen.

    Banned in: E.U.

  5. Drinks With Brominated Vegetable Oil (BVO)

Mountain dew and a few other citrus-flavoured sports drinks are emulsified with brominated vegetable oil (BVO).

Its main compound is bromine, which is used as a flame retardant. Too much bromine can lead to iodine deficiency, skin rashes, acne, fatigue, and cardiovascular problems.

    Banned: E.U. and Japan

  6. Preservative BHA and BHT

Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) are often used as a preservative in cereals, nut mixes, meat, beer, butter, and gum. It has been linked to certain allergies and may cause cancer.

Banned in: infant food in the U.K., parts of the E.U., and Japan.

  7. Bleached Flour

Azodicarbonamide is often used by U.S. food companies to bleach flour quicker. This chemical, also found in shoe soles, has been linked to asthma and some types of cancer.

    Banned in: Singapore.

  8. Processed Foods With Artificial Food Colors

Some of the food flavourings, additives, colours, and preservatives used in the U.S. are banned in other counties because they are made from coal tar and petroleum.

These include red 40 and yellow 5 which can cause hyperactivity, brain and nerve damage, birth defects, allergies, and cancer.

Banned: Norway in, Austria and most of the E.U.

  9.  Olestra/Olean

Olestra, aka Olean, is a substitute for fat in fat free products. It depletes essential vitamins and can cause anal leakages.

Banned in: U.K., Canada and many other countries around the world.

Always make sure to read food labels and eliminate all processed food out of your diet to avoid all these harmful chemicals. Opt for a healthy fresh, whole food diet instead.

Mesopotamia Thrived With NO Ruling Elite*

Mesopotamia Thrived With NO Ruling Elite*

By Gregory Sams

There is a remarkable discovery that has not yet emerged from our renewed interest in ancient civilization. Yet few remark upon this glaring omission from the relics and records we dig up and discover. I first recognized its absence at a visit to the British Museum, and made a point of going back a few years later for another check. Their Mesopotamian rooms begin at 6500 BC, and as you wander through the exhibits and look at the artifacts and depictions of their culture there are none depicting warriors or warfare, chariots or combat, clubs or swords – for nearly four thousand years. As for kings and rulers, there was a single image thought to be a king because it looks like he’s wearing a crown. And what is this king doing? He is feeding flowers to sheep.

Thriving Ancient Cities with No Ruling Elite?

Around 2700 BC the first inter-city state dispute turned into what could be termed a war. Little is known, other than that the Sumerians made off with the weapons of the losing Elamites. Things went downhill from there and within a few centuries a psychopath named Sargon of Akkad murdered the existing king, seized power, and conquered 21 thriving and successful cities in Mesopotamia, cities that had operated without top down control by a ruling elite, but by bottom up organization – something at which people naturally excel. He obliterated the city of Kazalla when it resisted, encouraging total compliance from the rest, and called the process “unification,” titling himself Sargon the Great. He started an unfortunate trend.

The Root of War

Some assume that humans had been slaughtering each other since the beginning of time rather than cooperating with each other, and that the first war in 2700 BC was simply the first one recorded, since writing had only recently appeared. But the evidence discovered to date does not support the assumption, and writing was widely believed to have arrived with taxation. Taxation is what pays for standing armies and warfare, with our earliest written history telling us how many chickens farmer Fredi brought to market.

So, what does this mean? Why is this non-discovery so important? How did humans manage to live in cities and trade with each other, enjoying life much as we do today, without rulers? After all, aren’t death and taxes supposed to be immutable facts of life? Death may be, but taxes are no more than a recent invention in most of the world.

Palaces and Monuments Built with the Blood of Slaves

Since writing began, almost all the recorded history of the world tells us of top-down control by rulers demanding a proportion of everybody’s productivity in order to support their elevated work-free lifestyle. We marvel at the great palaces and monuments that survived the collapse of empires and rulers throughout the world, rarely bewailing the fact that so many millions of ordinary human lives like yours and mine were sacrificed to create them, or destroyed at the time of their overthrow.

Tiwanaku Flourished Without a Ruling Hierarchy

We think, based on our limited history (as written by the conquerors) that war, conflict, and top-down control are the natural order for humanity. It is important to recognize that it has not always been so. The great Tiwanaku Empire of South America flourished for six centuries with no need for, or evidence of, a ruling hierarchy with weapons, soldiers, and armies of conquest. Though they had no written language we know they flourished in what is now Bolivia, Peru, and Chile between 300 AD and 1000 AD, with some suggesting that their culture may have extended many thousands of years deeper into the past. Their power came not from swords or clubs but from a highly desirable civilization with a religion based upon Sun worship. Agricultural and social skills were key to Tiwanaku power, as well as their knowledge of how to brew alcohol from maize, and make psychedelic drugs from local plants. These were generously administered at the great festivals that were integral to Tiwanaku life. People did not need force to encourage them into such a union.

The Tiwanaku enjoyed trade and commerce, religion, art, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, irrigation, fashion and a highly integrated and cooperative social structure. In short, they maintained an equitable sustainable civilization for longer than did the Roman Empire, and organized it from the bottom up without the need of kings and military structures.  We are community animals by nature, blessed with high intelligence. Living together should not be a difficult task but a joy. When Tiwanaku civilization eventually collapsed it came about not by conquest but by climate change, after decades of prolonged drought.

Cooperation and Peace Were a Way of Life

Without writing, there is scant evidence of how early civilization functioned, or proof it was ruled by coercive force. Without the evidence of conquest and weaponry, so apparent in subsequent ages, it seems probable that cooperation and peace were more commonplace than conflict and slaughter. Perhaps excavations at Gopekli Tepe and other ancient sites will shed more light on the subject.  Though we know that Egypt enjoyed civilization before it was unified around 3000 BC, we know little about life in that period – nobody thought it necessary to keep records.

The Peasant Communes

If we fast forward to more recent, and recorded, history we discover that hundreds of medieval cities managed to kick out the lords or dukes or kings who taxed them, taking management into their own hands. A classic example was 14th century Florence, a city of 90,000 that was run from the bottom by so-called “peasant communes” in which the bakers, architects, jewelers, bankers, doctors and builders were not titled nobles. They all belonged to trade guilds ensuring quality and safety for their customers, and did all the things we think require top-down rulers to initiate (apart from waging war). In 1340, there were eight thousand children of both sexes in primary schools, with four universities servicing six hundred in higher education. There were thirty small hospitals with over one thousand beds in total. It worked, and perhaps it is no coincidence that Florence was the engine of the Renaissance. We are clever enough to get along together without a shepherd and sheepdogs directing.

In Ditmarschen, a free republic of farmers enjoyed significant autonomy for over four centuries until 1559, when it was finally invaded (it is now part of northern Germany). They had successfully repulsed an army of 12,000 sixty years earlier with a hastily-formed peasant’s army just 1000 strong. My maternal ancestors originated in that area.

No Coercive Rule

Might I suggest, in closing, that one of the greatest discoveries we could seek from the study of ancient civilization is the ongoing non-discovery of evidence for coercive rule by a select group possessing weapons and men trained to use them. We have been on this planet, as “modern humans,” for at least 100,000 years and, depending upon location, rule by force has existed for anything from a few hundred to less than five thousand years. It is not a “natural” way to govern humanity and, despite all the hard evidence left by those who followed in Sargon’s chariot ruts, it is important to recognize that we are looking at a very small segment of ancient human history, which dominates because of its enduring giant construction projects. I close now with an extract from my current book, and readers may take comfort in the closing sentence.

Claims are often made for the civilizing effect of having rulers and empires, citing the patronage of the arts and the ability of an iron hand to keep things stable enough for culture to develop. Yet the world is full of magnificent ruins from civilizations past—the temples, statues, and fortresses remaining as monuments to the pomp and paranoia of rulers past. Had the Iron Age known dynamite, it is unlikely that even these would be left behind.

Ofsted Attempts to Overturn Court Ruling that Birmingham School Gender Segregation was not Unlawful*

Al-Hijrah School, in Bordesley Green, Birmingham

The schools inspectorate Ofsted is attempting to overturn a November 2016 High Court judgment which found that gender segregation in a Birmingham school did not mean either boys or girls were treated unfavourably.

The Court of Appeal case heard yesterday that a state-funded Islamic school in Birmingham unlawfully discriminated against pupils when it separated them by sex from age nine.

In an inspection in June 2016, Ofsted rated Al-Hijrah with its lowest grade of “inadequate” and said it should enter special measures. It was partly on the grounds that from the age of nine boys and girls were separated for all lessons, breaks, school trips and other activities.

The school challenged the inspection’s findings in a judicial review at the High Court last November. The judge, Mr Justice Jay, found that neither girls nor boys were treated less favourably by being segregated.

“There is no evidence in this case that segregation particularly disadvantages women,” he said.

Jay agreed with a recommendation to put the school in special measures on the basis of other issues raised and disagreed that Ofsted’s inspectors had been biased.

Ofsted’s lead barrister, Helen Mountfield, argued in court that although boys and girls might not receive less favourable treatment generally, “there is discrimination against individual girls and boys at this school, because a girl who wishes to socialise with a particular boy, but can’t, is treated less favourably”.

The segregation deprived girls of the ability to feel “comfortable and natural” around boys, she said.

Equalities legislation allows for entirely single-sex schools, or schools where the opposite sex is only allowed into sixth form. Within mixed-sex schools equality legislation allows some separation of classes.

In the High Court hearings, Al-Hijrah school argued that the gender segregation was one of its defining characteristics, and that the policy was clear to parents who wished to send their children there and to previous Ofsted inspectors, who had never raised it as a concern.

The hearing continues.

Woman’s Survival Garden Destroyed by Authorities*

Woman’s Survival Garden Destroyed by Authorities*

By Ariana Marisol

A woman from Tulsa, Oklahoma is suing the city’s code enforcement teams after they illegally cut down her entire survival garden.

Denise Morrison started the garden after becoming unemployed. She had over 100 medicinal and edible plants in her front and backyard.

After Morrison became unemployed, she decided to become self-sufficient. She filled her yard with things like fruit trees, berries, nut trees, and a wide variety of edible and medicinal herbs. She used these herbs to treat her diabetes, high-blood pressure, and arthritis.

All of her hard work ended when the local code enforcement team showed up and forcibly removed her entire garden. Morrison attempted to explain how everything in her yard followed the local code enforcement rules. She had problems with these people in the past and was determined to do everything by the book with her garden.

She obtained the local ordinances and followed every rule to the tee. She made sure that everything in her garden had a purpose, and that her garden looked its best at all times. Local ordinances stated that no plant could be over 12 inches tall unless they were being used for human consumption.

Morrison made sure every plant in her garden could be eaten, but that did not matter to the city. They ignored their own law and took her garden down.

Over 100 plant varieties were removed by the code enforcement team, leaving her with no way to feed or medicate herself. They took everything, even her fruit and nut trees.

While this case is very sad, it is becoming more and more common throughout the country. This country is making it harder and harder for self-reliant people to live on their own land.

Dying CIA Agent Makes Deathbed Confession: ‘We Blew Up WTC7 On 9/11’*

Dying CIA Agent Makes Deathbed Confession: ‘We Blew Up WTC7 On 9/11’*

By Jay Greenberg

A dying CIA agent has made a series of stunning confessions since being released from a New Jersey hospital after being given only weeks left to live by doctors.

Malcom Howard, a 79-year-old retired CIA agent, claims he was part of a covert operation to destroy World Trade Center Building Number 7 during the attacks in New York on September 11th, 2001. Mr. Howard was an operative in the CIA for 36 years and claims he was tasked with bringing the building down in a “controlled demolition” saying he had been chosen for the project by senior CIA agents due to his engineering background and experience in commercial demotion from a previous career.

Having originally trained as a civil engineer, Howard says he became an explosives expert after he was headhunted by the CIA in the early 1980s. He says that throughout his extensive career, he had planted explosives in items as small as cigarette lighters and as large as “80-floor buildings”.

The New Jersey native says he was part of a cell of 4 CIA operatives who worked on a project dubbed “New Century” between May 1997 and September 2001 that was tasked with ensuring the successful demolition of WTC7, at a time, he says, the CIA “was still taking orders from the top”. Mr. Howard said that operation “New Century” was unique compared to other projects he’d worked on for the CIA saying that the only demolition that “we had to pretend wasn’t a demolition job”.

Speaking to YNW, he said he had no problem going through with the deception at the time, because “when you are a patriot, you don’t question the motivation of the CIA or the White House.”

“You assume the bigger purpose is for a greater good. They pick good, loyal people like me, and it breaks my heart to hear the sh*t talk.”

Looking back in retrospect now, he says he admits that “something wasn’t right”. “No good has come from this. This isn’t the America we envisioned.”

YNW reports: Explaining how the building was brought down, Mr. Howard says;

“It was a classic controlled demolition with explosives. We used super-fine military grade nano-thermite composite materials as explosives.”

“The hard part was getting thousands of pounds of explosives, fuses and ignition mechanisms into the building without causing too much concern.”

“But almost every single office in the Building 7 was rented by the CIA, the Secret Service, or the military, which made it easier.”

Mr. Howard explains that WTC 7 was “loaded with explosives in strategic places” in the month leading up to the day that changed the course of American history.

On September 11th, while the North and South towers burned, fuses were ignited in World Trade Center 7, and nano-thermite explosions hollowed out the building, destroying the steel structure, removing the reinforcements, and allowing the office fires to tear through the rest of the building, hollowing it out like a shell. World Trade Center 7 collapsed into its own footprint at 5:20pm, seven hours after the destruction of WTC 1 and 2. The building shocked witnesses by coming down at the speed of freefall, indicating that it encountered zero resistance on the way down. Mr. Howard and his colleagues had done their job.

“When the building came down, it was such a rush. Everything went exactly to plan. It was so smooth. Everybody was evacuated. Nobody was hurt in WTC 7.”

“We were celebrating. We kept watching replays of the demolition, we had the whiskey and cigars out, and then all of a sudden the strangest thing happened. We all started to worry that it looked a bit too smooth. We watched the tape again and again and again and we started to get paranoid. It looked like a controlled demolition.”

“We thought sh*t, people are going to question this.”

“And then we heard that people from the street were reporting that they heard the explosions during the afternoon. When we were told that the BBC botched their report and announced to the world that the building collapsed 20 minutes before it actually did… At that point we really thought the gig was up.”

According to the official 9/11 report issued by the government, WTC 7 collapsed due to “uncontrolled fires” that were caused by debris that floated over from WTC 1 and 2, which had been hit by passenger planes. If the official narrative was true, WTC 7 would be the first tall building in the world to ever collapse due to uncontrolled fires, and the only steel skyscraper in the world to have collapsed into itself, due to “office fires.”

Mr. Howard and his colleagues feared the public would see through the official narrative and rise up against the government, demanding to be told the truth.

“There were so many loose ends, so much evidence left behind. We thought the public would be all over it. We thought there would be a public uprising that the media couldn’t ignore.”

“They’d be funding investigations and demanding to know why they were being lied to. We thought they’d find chemical composites in the area that would prove Building 7 was blown up.”

“We thought there would be a revolution. It would go all the way to the top, to President Bush. He’d be dragged out of the White House.”

“But none of that happened. Almost nobody questioned anything. The media shot down anyone who dared question anything they were told.

Follow the money

Mr. Howard claims he has “no direct knowledge” about the destruction of North and South Towers of the World Trade Center, explaining that “CIA operations are very specific” and that it is common to be working on a larger project while only understanding a small piece of the puzzle. But he has advice for investigators seeking to understand the entire puzzle and work out who was behind the most devastating attack on American soil in history.

“Follow the money.”

“When you want to find out who is behind something, just follow the money.”

“Look at the trades made just before 9/11. These are the guys that knew what was coming. The sons of CIA agents, government officials. Close relatives of the most powerful men in America. Cheney, Rumsfeld. They all got rich. It wasn’t just the contracts awarded to their friends in the construction business and the wars and the kickbacks.”

“It was insider trading.”

Many countries including Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Monaco launched insider trading investigations in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, believing that if they could prove Al-Qaeda operatives profited on the stock market then they could prove the terror organization was behind the attacks. And all the evidence pointed to heavy insider trading around 9/11. Italy’s foreign minister, Antonio Martino, said:

“I think that there are terrorist states and organizations behind speculation on the international markets.”

German central bank president, Ernst Welteke, said his researchers had found “almost irrefutable proof of insider trading.” Even CNN reported that regulators were seeing “ever-clearer signs” that someone “manipulated financial markets ahead of the terror attack in the hope of profiting from it.” Mr. Howard says that a serious study of who profited on the stock market from 9/11 would “tear the heart out of the oligarchy in America.”

“There is only one organization that spans the entire world, and let me tell you now, it isn’t and it never was al-Qaeda.” It’s the CIA.

It’s the CIA

“There could never be a real investigation. The entire shadow government, as you call them now, are implicated.”

The 79-year-old, spending his final weeks at home, said he doesn’t expect to be taken into custody following his confession because “then they’d have to go after everyone else.”

“They will just use the media to attack me. They are all on the payroll to suppress everything around 9/11.”

Kanye West Still Suffering Severe Memory Loss after MK Ultra Programming*

Kanye West Still Suffering Severe Memory Loss after MK Ultra Programming*

By Jay Greenberg

Rapper Kanye West was forcibly hospitalized earlier in the year following his public outbursts that exposed Google, Facebook, Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Shortly after publically showing his support for Donald Trump he was taken by force to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center which is well known for MK Ultra mind control program testing.

Kanye West has no recollection of claiming to be a Starseed who was ‘sent to Earth to save humanity’.

When he was released in February, he was reported to be “on the mend”, but suffering from temporary memory loss. According to reports, West is still suffering from severe memory loss and has no recollection of his attempts to expose the Illuminati, of supporting Trump, or his declaration that he was a “Starseed” that had been “sent to Earth to save humanity”. A huge star like Kanye West has a massive amount of influence, and many believe his outbursts and Deep State exposés had ruffled too many feathers.

According to HNHH, Malik Yusef said that Kanye West has been experiencing memory loss since his week-long hospitalization in November and is still recovering at home.

“I’ve been to his house [and] sat down with him for about six, seven hours, just walking through his health and recovery,” Yusef is a Chicago poet and artist who is close to Kanye and has spoken on Kanye’s mental health before.

“Saint is getting big and is walking, playing with toys, so that invigorates him,” he added. Yusef also told reports that Kanye is not currently working on any new music.

A close friend of West, Ian Connor, added further speculation of MK Ultra when he Tweeted about his friend being under the mind control programming in December 2016. He also suggested that his own life may be at risk for his revelations, saying:

“My Death Will Not Be A Suicide, Just A Heads Up, So If Anything Happens It Was Them and Not Me.”

According to Psych Central, memory loss is one of the main side effects of MK Ultra programming:

“Memory loss is the primary side effect associated with ECT treatment. Most people experience what’s called retrograde amnesia, which is a loss of memory of events leading up to and including the treatment itself. Some people’s memory loss is longer and greater with ECT. Some have trouble recalling events that occurred during the weeks leading up to treatment, or the weeks after treatment. Others lose memories of events and experiences in their past. Memory loss generally improves within a few weeks after ECT treatment. As with psychiatric medications, no professional or doctor can tell you for certain what kind of memory loss you will experience, but virtually all patients experience some memory loss. Sometimes the memory loss in some patients is permanent.”
