Parents Thwart Transgender Bathroom Ruling in New York School District*

A school board has delayed a vote on allowing students to use restrooms of the opposite gender.

According to BuffaloNews.com, the debate over the restrooms and other single-sex facilities dominated the Monday night meeting. And while district officials defended the pending change, many voices stood against it.

“How would it reconcile my children’s comfort and safety if somebody lied about being part of transgender (group) to get into the other bathroom?” asked Patrick Cerminara.

“Shouldn’t the students have voices in their own well-being?” asked Tyler Kowalewski, a high school junior.

“It would be very hard to enforce this policy. You really can’t enforce this to be sure no one would take advantage of this in a perverted way.”

Kowalewski also expressed discomfort with the idea of changing in front of someone of the opposite sex.

A pastor was unequivocal with a concern about “predators” taking advantage of a policy change.

Hillsview Baptist Church pastor Nelson McCall said that values “of our majority are being displaced possibly by a minority. … We do not wish to put our children and youth at risk with a request of some of these folks.”

“We are concerned about the well-being, safety of biological girls and boys with the possibility of predators that could take advantage.”

The assistant superintendent for curriculum defended the policy, noting that “this is not something Lancaster made up. Every district in the area is dealing with it inside the state and outside the state. We’re not the first, but again, we’re charged with safety and non-bullying for all students.”

A former board member, Mary Kless, pushed officials to “call [the] bluff” of state officials, who earlier this year mandated that transgender students be allowed to use the restroom of their choice.

Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Matt Sharp told LifeSiteNews that his group had sent materials to the school district outlining why Lancaster did not have to follow the state’s orders.

“I was encouraged” by the delay, he said.

“It looks like the board was moving forward to adopt one of these gender-neutral policies. The parents rallied and showed up at the board meeting, expressing their concerns – about the privacy and safety of their children.”

“I’m encouraged by that,” he continued.

“I hope the board realizes the best they can do in their jobs is to protect the privacy and safety of every student under their care.”

The U.S. government and their NATO allies have promised to fight Daesh (ISIS) in Syria with airstrikes, but it has become apparent after less than a week that their real targets are the Syrian government and Syrian civilians. Attacks on Daesh have been mostly unsuccessful and there has been very little confirmation that the U.S. government or NATO are even going after them. In fact, there has been ample evidence to suggest that the U.S. and their NATO allies, especially Turkey, have been propping up these terrorist groups, with hopes of destabilizing the Syrian government and installing their own puppet dictatorship.

The new U.S.-led airstrikes this week killed a minimum of 36 civilians, after bombs were dropped in the middle of villages with no concern for innocent human life. Every single person that was killed in the airstrike was a civilian, and many of them were children.

As Ron Paul pointed out in a recent article, the U.S. government will be investigating themselves for these crimes, just as they did with the attacks on hospitals and weddings in the past.

“As in the incident of the U.S. attack on the Doctors Without Borders in Afghanistan, the U.S. government will investigate itself (and most likely once again conclude that it did nothing wrong). As the United States is acting illegally in Syria — there is no U.N. resolution nor was the US invited by the Syrian government to conduct military activities on its soil — each U.S. strike on Syrian soil is as lawless as the San Bernardino demonic duo,” Paul said.

While conducting military operations within Syrian borders, the U.S. has refused to cooperate in any way with the Syrian government, who is attempting to fight Daesh for the sake of saving their regime.

During their pillage of Afghanistan and Iraq, the U.S. government funneled billions of dollars worth and weapons and support towards rebel groups in those and other countries that were intended to destabilize governments in the area that were not friendly with the U.S. and help them install puppet dictatorships. These plans backfired when the rebel groups turned on the U.S. military, because after all, they are an occupying enemy. …

 I checked out the website for Genie Energy because I could not figure out how Israel got to have any say in anything to do with Syria since Israel does not own Syria, so how can she grant anything of Syria’s to anybody, when  she has not won occupation of that nation, unless Israel is tied in with ISIS and they have taken over the country.

But then I discovered that Genie Energy is an Israeli company, and that is how they granted it, on the assumption that the U.S. will bring  Syria down for Israel’s use and abuse.  It is time for us to put our foot down to our reps.  NO MORE AIPAC or Israeli agenda of empire building and creating Israel’s dream of a “Greater Israel”.  That greater Israel included all the oil, gas and coal resources these Arab/Muslim countries have.

I could not imagine two more scummy persons to be given such preferential treatment, but then, who am I to question Israel’s purposes in doing so.  Is she lining the pockets of her best allies?  Israel has never blown up anything owned by either of them, like she has done to us, here in America.  USS Liberty comes to mind, and the USS Cole.

Israel Grants Oil Rights in Syria to Murdoch and Rothschild

Israel has granted oil exploration rights inside Syria, in the occupied Golan Heights, to Genie Energy. Major shareholders of Genie Energy – which also has interests in shale gas in the United States and shale oil in Israel – include Rupert Murdoch and Lord Jacob Rothschild. This from a 2010 Genie Energy press release:

“Claude Pupkin, CEO of Genie Oil and Gas, commented, “Genie’s success will ultimately depend, in part, on access to the expertise of the oil and gas industry and to the financial markets. Jacob Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch are extremely well regarded by and connected to leaders in these sectors. Their guidance and participation will prove invaluable.”

“I am grateful to Howard Jonas and IDT for the opportunity to invest in this important initiative,” Lord Rothschild said. “Rupert Murdoch’s extraordinary achievements speak for themselves and we are very pleased he has agreed to be our partner. Genie Energy is making good technological progress to tap the world’s substantial oil shale deposits which could transform the future prospects of Israel, the Middle East and our allies around the world.”  (VN: now you know why Gaza was depopulated by Israel and the Ukraine was taken over.  Our satellites discovered oil and gas fields in both locations.)

For Israel to seek to exploit mineral reserves in the occupied Golan Heights is plainly illegal in international law. Japan was successfully sued by Singapore before the International Court of Justice for exploitation of Singapore’s oil resources during the Second World War.

The argument has been made in international law that an occupying power is entitled to operate oil wells which were previously functioning and operated by the sovereign power, in whose position the occupying power now stands.

But there is absolutely no disagreement in the authorities and case law that the drilling of new wells – let alone fracking – by an occupying power is illegal. Israel tried to make the same move twenty years ago but was forced to back down after a strong reaction from the Syrian government, which gained diplomatic support from the United States.

Israel is now seeking to take advantage of the weakened Syrian state; this move perhaps casts a new light on recent Israeli bombings in Syria.  In a rational world, the involvement of Rothschild and Murdoch in this international criminal activity would show them not to be fit and proper persons to hold major commercial interests elsewhere, and action would be taken. Naturally, nothing of the kind will happen.   

(VN: true, but historically, it has happened and that is why thousands of years have passed and these totally insane psychos have never had complete control of the known world, and RETAINED IT over all that time.  Their insanity actually gets in the way of their continued success and the reason is because they do not see their own flaws in the head department.  A crazy person is the only one who does not know they are insane, but everyone else can see it and that is why they have never prevailed.)
