U.S. Handover of Internet Control Shows Who is Really in Charge*

Read in-between the lines and compare that to Big Brother control, and it becomes apparent that the peace and stability referred to is like the underbelly of the U.Ns sustainability agenda, Agenda 21… controlling us, and the world’s resources as exampled by the situation in the Ukraine.

On Friday the U.S. Commerce Department released its grasp on the internet. Oversight of ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, will be passed on to the “global internet community” next year. ICANN, under a Commerce Department contract, has issued domain names since 2000.

The United States has played a leading role in managing internet technology but has faced pressure to globalize management of the internet over the last few years.

“We will not accept a proposal that replaces the NTIA role with a government-led or an intergovernmental solution,” said National Telecommunications & Information Administration boss Larry Strickling. The NITTA is an agency within the Commerce Department.

During the World Summit on Information Society more than a decade ago, it was proposed that governments not have too much control over the internet.

“The international management of the Internet should be multilateral, transparent and democratic, with the full involvement of governments, the private sector, civil society and international organizations.”

In the intervening years the United Nations and the European Union have jostled for control the internet. During a meeting in Dubai last year the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the telecom branch of the United Nations, demanded rules governing the internet be rewritten. Specifically, the international organization proposed deep-packet inspection authority that would allow it to monitor and censor content on the internet. The United States walked out of the conference in protest.

Hamadoun Toure, Secretary-General of the ITU, released the fourth and final ITU/WTPF-13 report in May, 2013, outlining groundwork for internet governance and regulatory topics. The report calls for the creation of

“Global Principles for the governance and use of the Internet” and proposes resolution of issues pertaining to “use of Internet resources for purposes that are inconsistent with international peace, stability and security.”

The proposed changes were backed by China, Russia, Brazil, India and other UN members.

“Internet freedom’s foes around the globe are working hard to exploit a treaty negotiation that dwarfs the importance of the [U.N.’s 2012 World Conference on International Telecommunications] by orders of magnitude,” warned outgoing U.S. Federal Communications Commissioner Robert McDowell in testimony before Congress in a joint U.S. House subcommittee hearing on international Internet governance last February.

The European Union has proposed censoring the internet to protect children and fight terrorism. The Clean IT project proposed the creation of a censorship and mass surveillance framework for EU countries funded by the European Commission. “The Clean IT project aimed to start a constructive dialogue between governments, businesses and civil society to explore how to reduce the terrorist use of the internet. This dialogue resulted in a set of general principles and an overview of possible best practices,” the Clean IT Project web page explains. The plan called for police to patrol Facebook and other social networks in search of “extremist material” and propaganda. In addition to allowing users to flag “terrorist” content and turn other users in to the police, the proposals called for eliminating anonymity on the internet.

“If the U.N. gains control what amounts to the directory and traffic signals of the Internet, it can impose whatever taxes it likes. It likely would start with a tax on registering domains and expand from there.”

The UN and EU have sketched out how the future internet will work. Now that ICANN has relinquished control of the medium, globalist institutions can move forward with plans to scrub the internet of all content unacceptable to the global elite and their apparatchiks at the United Nations and, as well, turn it into a revenue generating cash cow.

Sri Lanka has become the first country to ban the sale of Monsanto’s “Roundup” glyphosate weedicide after a study found that the weedicide is responsible for the increasing number of chronic kidney disease patients.

Minister of Special Projects S.M. Chandrasena said the decision to ban Glyphosate sales in the country has been taken on a directive of the President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Addressing a media briefing, the Minister said several programs have been implemented to prevent the high occurrence of kidney disease among the farming community.

Fact Box: The Sri Lankan Agriculture Ministry banned the import of Roundup and the pesticides Carbaryl, Chlorophyriphos, Carbofuran and Propanil last year due to fears that the chronic kidney disease amongst farmers could be linked to them. However, this latest President’s order now bans all local sales from the stocks that are still available of Roundup, in reaction to the study.

A new study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health found a link between the weedicide known as Roundup and the fatal Chronic Kidney Disease of Unknown origin (CKDu) affecting mostly, the rice farmers in Sri Lanka and several other countries.

The study found that while the weedicide itself is not nephrotoxic, when it combines with hard ground water containing metals such as cadmium and arsenic, either naturally present in the soil or added through fertilizer, glyphosate becomes extremely toxic to the kidney. In recent years a significant increase in the number of CKD patients has been observed in some parts of the country, especially in North Central, North Western, Uva and Eastern Provinces.

According to the Minister a national program to prevent the kidney disease will be launched next Friday. The program will encourage the Sri Lankan farmers to produce and use organic fertilizer.

Dr. Channa Jayasumana of Rajarata University, the lead author of the study on glyphosate, told the national radio that paddy has been planted without the use of chemical fertilizer in an extent of 100 acres in the left bank of Rajanganaya and plans are underway to plant traditional paddy varieties in 5,000 acres of land in the right bank also.

The Ministry of Agriculture aims to cultivate paddy in 100,000 acres of land throughout the country in the Maha season using organic fertilizer.

It’s doable; because the NWO is desperate…after all it is the nature of compulsive obsessive disorders. Locked in a world of total control they are going for broke. Obama obviously does not expect to win another election, and the American populous is short-sighted enough to believe that a) they have any control over the ballot box, and b) the U.S. is controlled by a deep state not the president, not Congress, and not the Senate.

Obama’s recent Executive Order, “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Contributing to the Situation in Ukraine” (first reported by WND’s Aaron Klein), means property can be seized of “any United States person” whether in the U.S. or outside the U.S.

i) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have engaged in, directly or indirectly, any of the following:

(A) actions or policies that undermine democratic processes or institutions in Ukraine;

(B) actions or policies that threaten the peace, security, stability, sovereignty, or territorial integrity of Ukraine; or

(C) misappropriation of state assets of Ukraine or of an economically significant entity in Ukraine;

With a claimed 56% of the U.S. population against war on Ukraine, an act that is a global governance agenda,  dissent has to be as calculated as global governance itself. A thin line doesn’t even exist between Egypt’s dictator Sisi, and Obama.

In a series of hacked emails received from “Anonymous Ukraine” it is clear that Pentagon officials working in concert with extremist elements in the Ukraine have carried out and are planning more attacks in Ukraine.

What is also clear is that these attacks are to be blamed on Russia including blowing up planes at an airport.  Other attacks may well include mass civilian casualties.

The long series of emails include several that are frighteningly incriminating.  This is first of the “worst,” three “smoking gun” false flag planning documents:

“Framing up the neighbor” as Lt. Col. Gresh states so inelegantly defines false flag terrorism.  Other documents including a White Paper done by the International Centre for Policy Studies in Kiev dated March 4, 2014 warns of Russian “conspiracy theories.”

The Centre’s White Paper provides what intelligence experts call “deception and cover” for terror attacks planned, as we learn, by the US Army working with Ukrainian military officials and terrorist groups.

The email below, copied to COL Igor PROTSYK, Chief, Bilateral Military Cooperation Division, Main Directorate for Military Cooperation and PKO, General Staff, Armed Forces of Ukraine, not only outlines a terror attack to be blamed on Russian Special Forces, it actually includes a map of where the wreckage is to be found:

First of all you must contact Pasha Tarasenko. You must know him , he is a local Liberty and has a theme.

Proceed with caution. Speak only Russian. 25 team is executing combat missions, so do not do them much damage to aircraft . There is a lot of scrap metal, with it you can do anything. Damaged aircraft you specify. It is essential that all was as real attack neighbor’s Special Forces. But without corpses.
Give me again your account. The money will come in time, do not worry.

Will publication of this hacked email actually stop the upcoming attack on Melitopol?  When they specify that corpses aren’t needed, does this mean that they are planning on getting them elsewhere?

When they say “the money will come in time,” are they aware of sequestration and how the US has been paying its bills less quickly than before?

We quickly found Pasha Tarasenko through his “My Space” account.  Prominently featured is a photograph in a Ukrainian Army officers dress uniform.

In this final email about the upcoming terror attack on Melitopol airport, Colonel Protsyk takes clear control of the operation:

Basil , you must quickly carry out proactive in Melitopol. There’s 25 aviation brigade . Must zamaraty our sworn friends and good neighbors. I think you understand me.
Just proceed carefully and cautiously. 25 brigade combat mission out , so do not do them much damage to aircraft . There is already damaged aircraft , that He can do everything. Yihny board numbers you give. Remember , you need everything to be as real attack of the Russian Special Forces.
Brigade commander there is a reasonable man . Details of know he will not, but in extreme cases it can turn to. We did come.

It began with terrorist snipers hired by the “new” Ukrainian government, killing their own supporters.  The US involvement was long proven through the infamous Victoria Nuland phone conversation, America “anointing” their chosen terrorists to stage a confrontation with Russia.

The second call, between the Estonian Foreign Minister, Urmas Paet and EU Foreign Minister Catherine Ahston gave us that “smoking gun,” that the current cabal in Kiev are terrorists and criminals.

We now have Americans hiring terrorists, planning attacks, working with the Ukrainian Army and Neo-Nazi groups to blow up planes, attack airports and clearly do so in order to blame Russia and inflame the world to the point of war.

Many of the other documents show planning and logistic support through Bulgaria with PowerPoints in English.  Mixed in with the documents are a selection of NATO unclassified news reports.

What can be safely assumed?  The US government, certainly the State Department and US Army are involved.  NATO involvement is a given.

The current rulers in Kiev are proven to be the criminal element predicted by Catherine Ashton of the EU and so many others.

What we do have is a clear smoking gun, not just names but personal email addresses, mobile phone numbers and language that can never be mistaken.

Gladio based false flag terrorism is alive and well, there can be no question.

Russian companies are pulling billions out of western banks, fearful that any US sanctions over the Crimean crisis could lead to an asset freeze, according to bankers in Moscow.

Sberbank and VTB, Russia’s giant partly state-owned banks, as well as industrial companies, such as energy group Lukoil, are among those repatriating cash from western lenders with operations in the US. VTB has also cancelled a planned US investor summit next month, according to bankers.

The flight comes as last-ditch diplomatic talks between Russia’s foreign minister and the US secretary of state to resolve the tensions in Ukraine ended without an agreement.

Treasuries held by foreign central banks dropped by $104 billion to $2.86 trillion in the week ending March 12, according to Fed data released yesterday, as the turmoil in Ukraine intensified. As of December, Russia held $138.6 billion of Treasuries, making it the ninth largest country holder. Russia’s holdings are about 1 percent of the $12.3 trillion in marketable Treasuries outstanding, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
