Social Engineering and The Tavistock Institute

Psychiatric eugenics arose out of the corridors of an elite few who like Hitler wanted to “improve society.” This is the primary goal of psychiatric eugenics, to ensure that the genes of the “intellectually superior, and the elite is passed on. In 1958, the British Eugenics Society reviewed the possibility of artificial insemination, genetically, medically, legally, and socially.

Psychiatric eugenics gave birth to the psychological arm of genetic eugenics ( gene testing, cloning, prenatal genetic determination, artificial insemination, birth control and euthanasia) represents the public playing field. The past may seem irrelevant, but it has been paving a way to the future with much invested time, money and organization by a certain few.

Psychiatric eugenics became more concrete when the Rockefeller Foundation and the Canadian military joined forces in psychiatric research in 1943. In 1944 Norman Montagu resigned from the Bank of England and began the National Association for Mental Health, NAMH. His wife Priscilla Reyntiens a pro-eugenicist was vice-Chair. Norman’s British group expanded to take control of the world psychiatric profession.

In 1948, NAMH gathered the world psychiatric and psychological leaders from the International Congress on Mental Health at the UK’s Ministry of Health and formed the World Federation for Mental Health. Nina Ridenour, technical coordinator to the US delegation wrote in ‘Mental Health in the United States: A Fifty Year History’,  “the World Federation for Mental Health… had been created upon the recommendation of the United Nations, WHO and UNESCO because they needed a non-governmental (i.e. not checked by law or constitution) mental health organization with which they could cooperate”.  The Congress was run by the host NAMH whose patron was the Duchess of Kent, widow of Grand Master of Masons 1939 – 42. By the 1950s, the British psychological warfare unit coordinated a behavioural control group at the Tavistock Institute involving the Scottish Rite, the CIA, US, Canadian and UN agencies.

The Tavistock Institute

Fifty-four years later, the Tavistock Institute is still active today. It has never been funded by the government and remains totally self-financing/privately funded although it began life as the research centre of British Intelligence The Institute is still involved in all the areas of concern to the elite: anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology with a network that includes the University of Sussex where the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations is located, the Stanford Research Institute, MIT, the Hudson Institute, the Heritage Foundation, U.S., the Center of Strategic and International Studies, Georgetown (which trains State Dept. Personnel, the U.S. Air Force Intelligence, and the Rand Corporation. Tavistock social scientists included such familiar names as:

• Adolph Hitler
• H.G. Wells.

• Walter Rathenau

Before the Institute was established in London in 1947, at Wellington House, it had been given a building by the 11^th Duke, the Duke of Bedford, Marquess of Tavistock from which it got its name, to investigate the breaking point of men under stress as observed by shell-shocked British soldiers from WWI under the direction of Sir John Rawlings-Reese, in charge of the British Army Bureau of Psychological Warfare.

Kurt Lewin, became director of Tavistock in 1932. He entered the U.S. in 1933 as a “refugee”, established the Harvard Psychology Clinic, the source of the anti-German campaign in World War II.

Dr. John Coleman who worked with the Tavistock exposed their workings stated boldly:

“Without Tavistock, there would have been no WWI and WWII, no Bolshevik Revolution, Korea, Vietnam, Serbia and Iraq wars.”

Coleman’s reason for this understanding lies at the roots of Tavsitock’s origins. As a psyops research unit of British Intelligence, it’s the sole purpose was to create propaganda and disseminate in the period that led up to WWI. American popular opinion was manipulated to launch the U.S. into WWI.

Mass Brainwashing

“Our staff work creatively with people involved in innovative activities, working across boundaries or in difficult situations. We combine research and analytical skills with practical help in devising solutions and in following through to implementation, and are particularly known for our capacity to work with issues that are otherwise hidden, and sometimes unconscious”.

And so states their website!

One of the direct results of the work of the Tavistock Institute is mass brain-washing techniques which were first put to the test in Korea. On a regular basis their crowd control methods have been employed on the American public.

One Tavistock’s off-shoot was the ‘MK-Ultra’ project in the 1970s.  Established in the 1950s, and funded by the CIA, the LSD experiment was facilitated in Canada, by Dr. D. Cameron, president of the Canadian Psychological Association, and director of the Royal Victorian Hospital in Montreal. The experiment included brainwashing by LSD, being drugged into weeks of sleep, hypnosis, electroshock treatment. Revelation of the experiment resulted in cinema coverage and a U.S. Government payout of millions in damages to the families of the victims, but those responsible got away.  LSD was created by the Swiss drug company Sandoz AG, but was owned by S.G. Warburg Co. of London. The Warburg’s were active as advisor to President Roosevelt, J A Warburg who was son of Paul Warburg (who wrote the Federal Reserve Act), who was nephew of Max Warburg who financed Hitler who carried out the international elite’s experiment on Jews in Germany.

The public release of LSD gave rise to illegitimate births, lawlessness, drug addiction, VD, and mental illness along with the student revolution of the 1960s financed to the tune of U.S$25mn by the CIA. The Tavistock agenda has been reaching into youth culture since the 1960s, first through LSD, and recently through hip-hop, which was initially a music that arose out of social awareness. The hip hop that many people love to hate is the hip hop manipulated by the Tavistock agenda as a means of social engineering, reeking of factors that bring about no sense of bonding, or allegiance accept materialism.

What to Do with Muslims!

However successful the engineering schemes of the Tavistock has been over populations, their methods came face-to-face with a stumbling block previously not countered. That stumbling block were Muslims in their own country. According to Coleman:

“There is no doubt that their strict adherence to the laws of the Qur’an and their Islamic faith is what foiled Tavistock’s plans for the Middle East, at least, temporarily. Therefore, a concerted drive was mounted to wage war on the Muslim world”

By “injecting 9/11 into the global scenario, enough antagonism was created to bring about the “internal directional condition” leaving Muslims to question their whole identity and way of life, through the use of humiliating accusations that led to self denial, and a shift towards the Western view.

Through a program that has been applied and adapted for Muslims, “inner directional conditioning, there has been unabated success.

“Tavistock proved over and over again, that when a large group is successfully profiled, it can be subjected to “inner directional conditioning” in just about every aspect of social and political life.”

A concept devised by John Rawlings Reese in 1954 (the author of Tavistock’s mass mind control programs), inner directional conditioning is explained as follows:

“Their job is to apply the advanced techniques of psychological warfare as we know them to whole population groups that will grow ever larger, so that whole populations may be more easily controlled. In a world driven completely mad, groups of Tavistock psychologists linked to each other, capable of influencing the political and governmental field must be arbiters, the power cabal.”

U.K – U.S Relations

The main focus of Tavistock’s attention has been the U.S. since 1946. The Tavistock methodology was developed by Reese in response to British Intelligence, and the British Army Psychological warfare, which in turn has had full control over U.S. policies. Their methods was applied to “managing” the American public under former president Woodrow Wilson. Through Wilson, a secret

body of “managers” was organized to run the war effort and a body of “advisors” to assist the President in his decision-making. The Creel Commission was the first such body of opinion-makers set up in the United States”.

This was possible because members at the core of the Tavistock Institute were positioned in the U.S. banking, industry, trade, defense, State Dept., the White House, the U.S. Senate by that time.

In 1938, former President Roosevelt made a secret agreement with Churchill which in effect ceded U.S. sovereignty to England, by allowing Special Operations Executive control U.S. policies. Those policies led to the formation of OSS, now the CIA which still works according to Tavistock guidelines. One of their joint operations was the mass civilian bombing raids (reminiscent of the recent NATO bombings of Libya), but then records were kept to assess the results with the aim to test the breaking point of an individual and to no longer be resistant to dictatorship by removing all social support mechanisms – families included.

A branch is the International Institute for Applied Behavioural Sciences, which formulates stress training based on immersion training whereby the participants are forced to defend themselves against vicious accusations.

Freudian psychology proved to be an effective tool in the enabling of mental illness. Once achieved sexual encounters are encouraged as was in the case of establishing the philosophy of humanism by the French and British elite in Turkey towards the downfall of the Ottoman Empire. Frequent sexual encounters increase the inability to connect and establish healthy relations, a practice that is employed in the U.S. Army with their soldiers by providing them with a supply of Viagra.

It was a Tavistock psychologist, Dr. Peter Bourne who selected Jimmy Carter for president because Carter had undergone brainwashing.

Another experiment aimed at removing knowledge of one’s own identity and racial heritage was organized by Ronald Lippert, of the former CIA organization, OSS, and the American Jewish Congress, and also director of child training at the Commission of Community Relations.

Even before Jimmay Carter, there was former U.S. president Eisenhower. Selected by the “Olympians” the elite of Tavistock, Eisenhower was selected as commander of the allied forces of Europe for WWII. From that point Eisenhower was appointed to the Whitehouse until he outlived his usefulness which led to his veiled statement on the military-industrial complex and bankers, which has unfolded a great truth.

The downgrading of what it takes to be a leader has its roots in Tavistock interference. Forlorn as many look on to find perpetrators of mass crime and unconstitutional conduct of certain U.S. presidents one only has to only go to the Tavistock skill in mobilizing consensus. Former President Bill Clinton survived many scandals through the Tavistock invention of national polls, which left him still in the hearts and minds of the American public. This went a step further in the case of G.W. Bush. Because the war against Iraq was never declared constitutionally, Bush could not be removed from Office constitutionally! In the case of Libya there are Tavistock selected members of NATO, which is why NATO was able to get away with bombing Serbia for 72 days.

Education and Business

A U.S- based Tavistock institution is the National Training Laboratories. It was founded as far back as 1947 with the aim to brainwash world leaders, educational establishments, and corporations who would then facilitate Tavistock concepts through group initiatives under the concept of “group dynamics” to form consensus of opinion using a controlled environment, and peer pressure. The effect is that an individual denies that change has taken place, not realizing that they have indeed been brainwashed. Such groups included the Navy, and the National Education Association, the largest teachers body in the U.S. NEA has drafted the programs for the training of the nation’s primary and secondary school teachers, and is active in education reform.

Corporations and Global Governance

Founding member, Eric Trist wrote of the early days of the Tavistock institute based at Wellington House. There The Climax of Civilization written in 1917 by Correa Moylan Walsh was a reader that provided the basis of conditions that could found a world governed by one government. Coleman wrote:

“In this endeavor the members of the board consulted with the British royal family and obtained the approval of the “Olympians” (the inner core of the Committee of 300) to formulate a strategy. Funding was provided by the monarchy, the Rothschilds, the Milner Group and the Rockefeller family trusts”.

The works of German historian, and philosopher Oswald Spengler, The Decline of the West published in 1918 was added to their reading list because of its focus on the cyclical nature of the rise and fall of civilizations.

“Tavistock thinking was that Spengler had indoctrinated Western civilization to believe that it would err on the side of Roman civilization, and expel the aliens. The genetic loss that has fallen upon Europe-and especially on Scandinavia, England, Germany, France-(the Anglo-Saxon, Nordic Alpine Germanic races) that began just before the Second World War is already so great as to be beyond expectations, and continues at an alarming pace under the skilled guidance of the Tavistock managers” Coleman wrote.

Bear in mind that the origins of the British royal family is German!

The Tavistock Institute viewed the Western and Classical civilizations as the superior civilization, but found it also to be the stumbling block to their desired New World Order a concept which was first advanced by Winston Churchill. To correct this problem:

“…the whole thrust of Tavistock was to “democratize” the West by an attack on womanhood, and the racial, moral, spiritual and religious foundation upon which Western civilization rested.”

Tavistock organized the economic system in time for WWI, by reconstructing the U.S. banking and currency system whilst located at Wellington House, which is how the Federal Reserve came into existence, using the income from the American taxpayer to facilitate its goals. To engineer consent, self preservation, ambition, pride, hunger, love of family and children, patriotism, imitativeness, the desire to be a leader, have been used to exploit not only the American public, but is deep seated in the foreign policy of Tavistock, hence the U.S, and the U.K. If one looks at the unfolding of the Arab Spring, one might find many similarities especially in the case of Libya, and Syria.

“Tavistock is believed to be behind the pro-abortion publicity, the proliferation of drugs, sodomy and lesbianism, family traditions, and the fierce attack on the Constitution, our misconduct in foreign policy and our economic system, programmed to fail” wrote Coleman.

Past Tavistock propagandists includes:

• Edward Bernays, cousin of Sigmond Freud
• Eleanor Roosevelt

The Tavistock psyops campaign to mobilize public opinion was first set in their WWII anti-Germany campaign through the contrived Bryce Report, which has been repeated recently as Afghanistan, Libya and Syria (most of the news on Libya comes from London. That mantra follows the successful pattern of:

• Premeditated slaughter
• Mutilation
• Women attacked
• Children killed
• Pillaging
• Red Cross and prisoners being attacked
• Civilians used as shields

The Bryce Report led to loss of a quarter of the German population through starvation of an estimated 600,000 elderly and very young Germans wrote Coleman in order to ensure that Germany would never be a threat to the West again. For those familiar with the bombing of Japan, and the Gulf War, a familiar cord would be struck.

A Tavistock initiative is the think-tank Institute for Policy Studies, IPS, which was founded by J.P Warburg and the Rothschilds in 1963 with Tavistock trained personnel. It has played a pivotal role in U.S. foreign and domestic policies along with the League of Industrial Democracy. The main aim was to establish “the new left” which is an aspect of original Tavistock philosophy that advocates an injection of contradictory elements or elements alien to the culture in order to achieve a goal. With powerful lobbyists they are able to make things go their way. IPS sponsors militant activism/rebels abroad, establish a levelling ground between underground movements and “acceptable political activism as can be witnessed in the Arab Spring. They use religious groups to sow seeds of dissension via the corporate media.

The Tavistock has developed programs and profiles for such giants as the:

• The Bilderbergers
• The Trilateral Commission
• The Ditchley Foundation
• The Bank of International      Settlements
• The I.M.F.
• The United Nations
• The World Bank
• Microsoft
• Citibank
• Quator Coronati Freemason      Lodge
• The New York Stock Exchange…

What has been mentioned is only a sketch, for the detail are way beyond what is feasible here. Far too many have been led to believe that their liberty is in their hands, yet in the same breathe that “liberty” is being defined elsewhere. It has not only been applied to the U.S. most definitely, but also to African countries, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Japan, Korea, Serbia, Syria, South America, and others. There is reason to believe that it also being applied in the case of the Arab Spring, and the Occupy World Movement. The skill of psychiatry to induce mental ill health has been well established and acknowledged amongst mental health practitioners who have observed over the years how it prolongs recovery rather aids recovery. These are the lies we have been told, and for far too many so easily believed, yet change is coming because there is one thing that can rise above the human animal, and that is the human spirit, and the Laws of Nature, the tool of the Creator. The breakthrough will not happen overnight, because it needs new blood, but it will happen because no man knows everything about the human body, heart, mind and soul!
